French fries with onions, peppers, cheese, kabab meat, sauce, mayo.) Fries were cold, only had Siracha hotsauce doused ontop with jalapeños, I REQUESTED *No jalapeños* as i am allergic , there was also no cheese or Mayo, [pics below]The smoked philly sandwich the bread was burnt and hard- also luke warmish. Extremely pathetic customer service. No Management oversight. They have hired high school kids who have no customer service skills. We first placed the order via Uber Eats and they canceled the order saying that had no wings. We arrived at their store within 15 minutes and about 45 minutes were left before closing. The same kids were cleaning up and stated that had no dough to make Pizza. Absolute disaster place to visit. Never know what to expect. I would not recommend them especially if you are planning on dining with the family.
Had a very bad experience - had a pretty big order for my son’s birthday placed online at 10:00am to be picked up at 1:30pm. When I reached to pick up the order I was told that they do not have wings. This is something they could have told me by email/phone as they had my contact details when I placed the order or maybe an hour later so I am able to add more items to compensate for the missing items not being there - why tell me when I arrive to pick up the order. Now I was short on the food and had to reach fast to the venue. Disappointing!
Ordered 2 lrg pizzas and spent 40.00(not cheap). 1st pizzas was a veggie the crust in the center was mushy like they got the crust wet. I live in Houston and could not return it. I cut thecenter out which me with a small pizza of nothing but crust. It tasted ok but truthfully the thrill was gone bc. I HATE SOGGY BREAD.The 2nd was pretty good but I was still upset from loosing most of my other pizza to sogginess.To the owner or management who read this, I am requesting that my SOGGY BREAD pizza be replaced.
We bought veggie pizza from 101 bcz of revews !!!! and I went to this location after 30 min driving ! I was not expected to see a veggie pizza like that , onion and cheese and tomato sauce and taste like a burnt pizza !!!!! $18.5 for what ?!!! If you can not make it well do not accept order pls !

Had this pizza last year for my birthday and went again with my sister and girlfriend. Service was swift and friendly nice little pizza joint for excellent service
I loved the Buffalo chicken pizza and the Sheesh Kabab pizza.
I was last customer they didnt have change, they realized thier mistake and gave me the whole order free.
So yummy ?
