quick easy fast order food is good & prices are decent

Delicious fresh food! Salads, wraps, and bowls for a reasonable price.A few of the salads are gluten free (All though I don’t think they’re technically certified GF).

Delicious Italian Food that won’t make you feel heavy after. Piada is definitely one of my favorite places to go for lunch.

No complaints on this visit(first time here). The place was fairly busy for a weekday at lunch time. Didn't notice any pests. Place looked fairly clean although I did not use the restroom. The line moved quick. Place seemed fully staffed at the time. The food was great and substantial, although i did not have any left-overs. There was plenty of seating available. You fill your own drinks at the fountain station where there are plasticware and napkins as well.

I frequently place the order for my employees usually 6 dishes, today was the same, placed the order and waited 45 minutes at curbside but despite sending “I AM HERE” link nobody came out to deliver. So I called from my car and the cashier told me to hang a little longer, I asked how long? She replied a little longer while she prepared the food( That was a lie because the food was ready and packed) I told her I have been waiting for 50+minutes and she made fun of me saying maybe I have to wait 2 more minutes, upon which I asked what did she meant by 2 mins.( she could have told me the food will be out in 2 minutes) she replied she meant 120 seconds and hanged up on me.( who makes fun of a customer waiting almost hour for the order) I waited a little longer but no one came out with the order. As soon as I got out of my car and reached the door, she walked out with the order and the best part is she told me thank you by telling me “NEVER COME BACK”.

Mediocre. The penne was lukewarm and gummy. The pesto was squirted onto the top like ketchup on a hot dog. It wasn't mixed or tossed in with the pasta at all. My food was mostly a cold clump in a paper bowl, and it wasn't cheap. I was a regular at the Piada on Louetta until it closed so I was looking forward to trying this location when I saw it. So disappointing.

This was my first time to Piada. It was 8:00 on Saturday night but the people behind the counter were completely in the weeds! There was no communication and it was just complete chaos! The chef had to come out and resolve all the line issues. We ordered calamari hoping to eat before our food but we had to keep going back to ask for it. I will say the food was good and we'll be back because of that.

Great and possibly healthy food depending on what you decide to put on your pasta?. Location is great. Sandwiches/salads/pasta selection is minimal, but you’d be ok.Not sure about the Italian part- but creative twist to the meals as mentioned.Staff is friendly. Price is reasonable.

Great place!!!!! 1st time coming here and it won’t be the last. Fantastic experience all around. Brought the kids for lunch and the food was excellent. No hassle, no wait ordering. Everything came out delicious and well prepared. Thank you Chef Vee for everything you are amazing! Already looking forward to coming back and bringing friends.?

Amazing Amazing service! It was really packed and there was a mix up with our order. We were given spicy chicken instead of crispy chicken. We realized upon taking one bite hot spicy it truly was and could not keep eating. The chef was really lovely and had our meals remade to our liking. Thank you. This is such a special spot for us and we appreciate the excellent service.
