Pho Ben is tasty and great! I had the pho tai and spring rolls and they were both very good. The spring rolls were fresh and had a pleasant texture. The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and had plenty of indoor seating. The service was good and the employees are kind!
The food comes fast (3 mins), the Pho and Bahn Mi is really good, and the spring roll sauce is amazing. ?
Decent food at great prices.We went for the vegan pho and the veggie bun - they were good, but the veggie broth was somewhat underwhelming. No option to make it a spicy broth, like other pho places have, but overall it was a decent experience.
This is my wife and I's favorite pho spot. My wife is very sensitive to MSG which a lot of places use to enhance the flavor of their broth but this place does not use it. They also have a very good Com Bo Luc Lac. They have a second location on Highway 6 that is equally good.
Had a reason to be in Sugar Land yesterday with my wife. Decided on Vietnamese food and this restaurant was the closest one to us. Man, what a winner! Best Vietnamese food I've had in years. My wife had a bowl of Pho and I had a vermicelli dish and a Vietnamese BBQ sandwich. All were excellent and by today's price standards, very reasonable! Wish they were closer to my home! Highly recommend!
Food was decent but service definitely could have been more attentive. I'm not some Karen that needs to be waited on hand and foot, but I think it is common courtesy to check on your guests at least once during their meal. We received No drink refills and were ignored when trying to order additional items.
Consistently good Phở and Bún Bò Huế. That's all we have here from the inception though our friends/relatives also like other items on the menu.Oh, the Vietnamese coffee is great, too.One of the most tasteful decorated small Vietnamese bistro in the Houston/Sugar Land area.Great service, too.Definitely reccomended.
If you want that authentic Vietnamese food, look no further. Pho ben has the best Pho and other Vietnamese food like grilled meat with rice or vermicelli. They are always on point except maybe their beef stew which is lacking some meat and has too many fat in that dish. The flavor is amazing but I wish they would put more meat than fat.
Great flavors, prompt service. The atmosphere is really nice with a whole wall dedicated to fun facts about Vietnam and the cuisine you are enjoying. I'd like the pho even more at a slightly lower price, but i don't have any issue recommending this place.
Excellent Banh Mi. Very fresh French bread roll and the ingredients were very fresh. I did not try the pho but saw it on other diners table. It looked good and the other diners were enjoying the pho.
