Great tasting food and service.
Food was delicious. Huge portion. Veggies were very fresh. I will definitely be returning.
Food and service is great!
One of the best pho in the Houston area, yes that’s a bold claim by a nobody on Google review?Reasons: the soup is very tasty and pretty clear, a sign of quality control. Second, they gave me so much quality meat even in a small bowl. Third, at $8.25 the small bowl is pretty large and one of the cheaper pho in the area. The folks working here are friendly, professional and super efficient, we got our bowls 5 minutes after ordering?
We’ve come in to eat inside many times before, and we never had any issues. We’ve placed appetizers to go before, but today was the first day ordering pho to go. And the fatty brisket was terrible. The cuts were right at the bone and very hard to chew. I had to throw both big pieces away. Usually I give the sit down experience about 4 stars, but the to go experience was just so bad, I’m only giving 2.
I ordered a small combination pho. I always like to try the broth first without adding anything, and OMG the broth was super flavorful & good on its own. They weren’t stingy with their meat portions. Their egg rolls were some of the best I’ve had. Crispy, fresh and flavorful. They also had numerous of drinks to offer (mango w/ chamoy & expresso drinks). The place was so clean and modern but made you feel very welcoming. This will definitely be my go to place when I’m at work.
My husband and I were in the area Christmas Shopping when we came across Pho Ben. It was cold and I really wanted something to keep me warm. My husband knows how much I enjoy Pho during this time of year. We walked in and waited to be seat. Once we were seated, the waiter took our orders and within minutes we received our food. I posted the pictures below of the food we ordered that day. We also ordered a Bánh Mì but my husband devoured that before I could take the picture. The food was delicious. The Fresh Spring Rolls came with two to an order. A must have. The Vietnamese Egg Rolls (2pcs) were golden brown and with a great crunch. The dipping sauce with a combination of sweet and spicy. Last but not least, the Pho. I ordered #26 Phở Chín - Noodle soup with lean brisket. This broth was incredible. It was flavorful, hot, and the meat was cooked perfectly. Exactly how brisket should be cooked. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. My husband and I come here a few times a month. I hope you guys enjoy this place as much as we do.
I get the number 20 pho beef. And the pork sandwich as well is delicious. There cinnamon cameral cappuccino rich in flavor. Great and fast service??
This is specifically for Pho Ben located in Houston Heights: I went to Pho Ben and tried it for the first time as it was highly suggested by someone. That night, I was specifically craving for pho. It was a Friday night and the restaurant wasn’t that busy although a good amount of people were eating. I was seated in a booth good enough to fit four people. My order was taken within minutes and I was served with water and some pho ingredients. I was adorning the restaurant’s decor as I waited. It was very simple yet lush-looking with a lot of hanging green all over; chalkboards and of course, I couldn’t deny the delicious smelling smoke that circled the ceiling. My order was served in 10 minutes! I was impressed by how quick they were. The pho was hot and steamy. I ordered a large lean beef pho and it was enough to serve two that I had to take half with me home. The noodles were good and the beef was so flavorful though I added more hoisin because I like the taste of it! I also asked for extra limes to give it a more citrus flavor. Staff is fast and friendly. Prices are so affordable. And indefinitely will be back for more pho and to try different stuff next time!
Flavorful soup and incredible Spring rolls are fantastic. The restaurant is clean the staff is very friendly I will definitely return.
