The pizza at Papa Johns is usually great but not at this location. It’s cheaper to order online than in store about -$3 per pizza. Front Desk is pretty Hardcore and want you to feel every bit of the “we’re Super understaffed” feeling. Bad pizza, bad service, misinformation in price & fingerpointing. Management needs to take more responsibility.
This place is the worst, go somewhere else, customers are treated like trash. Jennie the manager at the time no custservice skills whatsoever.I order 3 meat pizzas. Paid $37 and what I get was 2 cheese pizza s.Not even 1 star.Get Little Cesar's or Pizza hut.The wait for this trash is not worth it.
I ordered my pizza at lunch it was 11:30 the pizza didn’t arrive until 12:40 and it was extremely go you guys have got to do better
It’s been one hour no pizza no phone call I’m going to sleep . I called to see if they received my order and said yes.
Sigh...... not gonna lie. I like Papa John's. The product is good....unless it isn't. I do not want to order from somewhere else. Unfortunately, my last order left from Papa John's store at time "X" and arrived to me 35+ minutes later. It was cold (shocker) still though....recoverable.So I called the store....and waited...some more. Finally got a manager on the phone. She was indignant that I was taking up her valuable time complaining that my pizza took 35 minutes + to arrive. I live 1 mile from the store (less). I could have walked to and from the store in the time it took for the pizza to arrive. "What do you expect, we are busy...could have been a lot worse."The problem isn't that the pizza was late....the problem is the manager's response. Accidents happen. Value your customers. Throw in a pizza from time to time when someone takes the time to invest in your product enough to call the manager. Half off coupon? Free pizza? Here is an idea....just simply apologize. Say "sorry, this shouldn't have happened."I will be ordering from other stores for awhile. I doubt Papa John's cares....but....I do.
The people at this store will MOSTLY work CONSISTENTLY well if the order is for delivery, but SURELY WILL MAKE SOMETHING WRONG if the order is for takeout. I went to the store, placed an order, and after 35 minutes of waiting they told me they sent my pizzas for delivery. This is not the first time this happens to me at this specific location. I'LL NEVER RETURN HERE OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION

The pepperoni they use just spoils the whole pizza .
Took 1 hour to deliver. Was missing the pepperoni had only cheese and stuffed crust. Not as advertised. Was stone cold. Manager sent me a form letter email promising to give me credit for the purchase but never took care of it . After a follow up on my part with manager never got any reply. I will never purchase from papa John's again.
Excellent Service
