Great service Super clean
I don’t even see why this location is a 3.9. It should be at a 2.0. To start off this location is dirty and the staff looks confused as what to do. Kitchen staff is slow as a snail. I ordered (To Go) a sesame bagel with bacon egg and cheese and a cinnamon roll. Cinnamon roll was dry as a bone and my breakfast sandwich that I was patiently waiting almost 25/30 minutes for was burnt and hard as a rock. So disappointed. The quality of Panera Bread has gone downhill. It’s definitely not what it used to be. This location deserves no stars. Einstein Bagels is way better.
Took my dad out eat...When we walked in we were not greeted but could hear the staff chatting in the back, not a biggie since I had a job in food once long ago.Ordered, got out number placard & glasses.Once we got to the beverage machine... well see the photos. This was a little after 6pm and 3 were completely empty, 2 were not circulating, a lid was off one, and then the science experiment with slime was there. The one thing I've always enjoyed about Panera was the drinks... it set the mood for sure. I asked an employee about it and was told they were out.Not your best moment. Sandwiches & soups were decent but not great.
I’m so disappointed in the service and quality I experienced here today. The drink was so watered down and tasted slightly stale. When my order arrived they just tossed the baguette over other food items in the to-go bag. Instead of at least putting them in a separate bag for hygiene and presentation. Nope this location has lost my crowd…..very poor representation of a Panera Bread franchise!
Service was okay though it was closing time. But the soup served was not warm at all. It took a while to get our order of 2 soups to arrive. But the soup served was not warm at all.Place is nice clean. Outdoor seating is great for people with pets. Overall well maintained place.
So v went to eat bagels. At 1240. They said everything was sold out!!!!???? What no bagels at Panera. There were 3 girls moving around shaking their hair and attending. When one finally decided to work she said”out of bagels. Out of croissant”. What is happening to services in America. Let’s stop blaming the pandemic and supply chain and look inwards!!!!
Good experience overall.I ordered through the Kiosk given that there was a long line. Food came out pretty quickly. It was pretty busy today, I had to walk around a bit to find a spot with a plug for my computer. For some reason the wifi wasn't working. I ended up needing to use hot-spot from my cell. If you are looking for somewhere to work with good wifi, I wouldn't come here.Food was yummy like always. Bathroom was okay, not terrible, not too clean.Parking was pretty packed, but again it seemed like it was a busy morning today.
Ordered over $70 online. When I arrived there were NO parking & businesses close by post signs saying no parking. Then you have to go into a super crowded restaurant to pick up your order. There was a guy who helped carry your food to the car—whom I generously tipped just to get out of there! Great food though
Please invest in your parking lot by repainting the lines. Been this way for 5+ years. Please understand that when we are standing in line, 3-6 deep and there is only one person handling orders, it is not OK. You should always cross train more staff to handle the overflow, even at 6:30-7:45 Monday - Friday. I've reduced by expectations to just get coffee and not have to wait for anything. I know the staff shortage is real, yet there has to be a better way
Everything I've ever had here has taste good. My favorite is broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl?
