This is my first time and it smelled wonderful when we walked into the location. The Cesar salad was delicious. The built your own pizza was amazing. The staff were all friendly.
Trying this pizza for the first time… so, soo good! The cheese was actually bubbling when they brought it out of the oven! I did go a bit topping-happy, but can you blame me?! Roasted garlic, Gorgonzola cheese, roasted peppers… yumm! And they got ‘‘em all right! And the crust was perfect… not doughy, not overdone… just right! And I was even offered a free drink, because they were running a bit behind with my order… Like mayyy be all of 5 min! OK, thank you! ? Def my fav place going forward!
A build your own quick fire pizza shop / chain. Plenty of parking and seating. Staff were nice but seemed easily distracted. Food was quick and hot but not burnt. Good value. Great with kids. Would go again.
We all ordered pizza at the same time ,yet we didn’t get it all out in order they made another person get there’s in between our orders and we were 6 people.After we were able to sit down and eat we ate these delicious custom pizza of our own they were friendly and listened well to our orders even though some people were all over the place !Would go again so yummy!
Just had a great experience! Elmer and the rest of the team assisted me despite the phone system and online ordering not working! I had my dogs with me and couldn’t leave them in the car long so I ran in to order and Elmer took my order and brought it out to me when done!! The pizza was made exactly how I ordered it and is yummy as usual!!! Great job going above and beyond!
I love that they have a lot of options, not just regular crust. I had a cauliflower crust, and it was so good! I built my own pizza with extra cheese, and it was so cheesy! The cheese bread was also great!
I HAVE BEEN TO 3 different Mod pizza locations..but let me just say, we receivedPHENOMENAL Service at THIS Sugarland Mod location!!! Not only did this team make sure our pizza's (4 Mod pizza's) were exactly how we wanted it, but the Manager came over to check that everything was to our liking. We really had a great time and truly appreciated the great customer service that the entire team gave to us! We will definitely be back. On Friday March 18th, I came into this MOD Pizza location with a youth organization along with several other mentors. In all, there were 35 of us that came into the location after 9pm on a Friday night. I was a little skeptical of the type of service that we would get at that time of night, knowing that they were probably tired, winding down and ready to go home. However, that was not the case. the manager was so gracious and accommodating and her staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I could not believe the reception that we received at that time of night. The food was great and the service was incredible. I highly recommend this place to any individual or group that is looking for great food and service. We will definitely return.
