first time coming to any mod pizza and i absolutely loved it! the employee who made my pizza was patient and helpful and it came out delicious :) worth every penny!
I really love this location but last Sunday night....it was different ?♀️?♀️ I always order online and I don't understand what happend to my order? I ordered the cauliflower crust as always but this time the crust is super over cooked. ? Aside from that, the ingredients are not equally spread out as you see on the pic.?♀️My daughters order was the regular crust and hers was the opposite. It was half cooked?? I don't understand what happend. I guess it depends on who is the person baking the pizza. ?? But the lady that works there at night is the BEST!!! The 3 stars is for her❣️
Pizza was like any other mod places which is great . The one star review is for the people that works there . I think someone should tell them they need to change their shirts at least every other day if not every day . One of the guys had pet hair all over his shirt . That’s gross !!!
I order through Door dash, I was excited because I love MOD pizza. Once I got the pizza and opened it IT DID NOT MATCH what I order. I had to double check and it was most def not the correct pizza. I called MOD pizza to let them know. All the ASSISTANT manager could say was I UNDERSTAND and asked if I could pick up the remade pizza. I advised her that I am at work and unable to pick it up. She stated well I can give you a refund. I am a women that is pregnant at work with no lunch. I asked how long would it be for the refund. She was unsure and asked another worker. Assistant Manager and you don't know that question OK. I was also told that the manager was not there until tomorrow morning. I have never had an issue with MOD PIZZA I love their pizza better than any other place .But with this service I will not be back to this location.Signed a pregnant hungry women!
They have great pizzas.Just didn't let the pizzas stay in the oven Long enough
I love this place but my last was horrible, I have faith and trying again hopefully that it never happens to that level of quality again
This MOD’s is very close to our alkaline water refill store. The food is always fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend to anyone craving pizza!
Their pizza's are the best.But some of the staff members are not that friendly. I ordered cauliflower crust pizza and asked for toppings. And they were stringent they took one thin slice of online and broke it into seven pieces and sprinkled veggie meat like sand dust over the pizza. And had to keep asking to give some more. It was a bit frustrating.
Love the pizza and the concept. Would be good if the had some different sizes. And please put some labels or have people fill out an order ticket with the options listed. It just takes forever because everyone has to ask what each topping is.
Everyone that works here look so miserable! There is no energy and they speak to you at the lowest possible volume. No smiles and no laughter in this place! Very depressing environment. My family and I did not feel welcome at all!
