Usually this place is a go to when my family wants to enjoy some good 'ole pizza. However, I was very dissappointed in how my oldest was treated. Lack of respect from a young Caucasian female and poor customer service. My daughter said that she wasn't going to worry about it and not go back but, I am mom and we are very respectful people and the young girl needs to demonstrate great customer service and respect when working with others in a public place. My advice would be to send an undercover manager periodically to see exactly how these young people interact with customers and also the young lady needs to be professional and respectful or choose a different job! For this experience, my daughter and I give a 1 star rating.

It's a fabulous build your own pizza place. Delicious ingredients, friendly staff, quick service. Not too expensive. Will definitely return. Sells some beer and wine too
Don't be surprised if customer service is as basic as basic gets. We visited on a Sunday around 4pm when it was not busy at all. They pretty much ask you what you want and that is it. This place lacks lots of kindness from their employees. I can't say they are rude, because they don't even interact with you unless it is to ask what you want or when they call your name.The food is very good ?, the prices are okay if you are an adult, for a children's plate it can be better to order a mod and share it. Take a sweater, this place is always cold. On average it costs $10 per person.
My family and I ordered pizza from this location this evening. When I walked in I ordered our pizzas and waited for them to be done. I forgot to order the no-name cakes so I went back to the register and asked for four of them. I was told that they were out. When there was clearly a stack of them in a bucket on the side of the oven. I asked if those were for sale and I was told that they were saving them for online orders. When I inquired further about what that meant, as I thought it may have been a reward for ordering online, the employee asked the manager again if they could just sell them to me and she said no they were for online orders only. When I had a confused look on my face the girl just kind of shrugged her so shoulders. I told her that didn’t make any sense since I was standing right there and the manager told her “just sell them to her, and put the rest in the back” very rude. Needless to say I will not be going back to that location.
The staff lost our pizza and offered a coupon for a free pizza. They also replaced the pizza... The replacement had twice as much cheese as the original order, and it was basically inedible. The trash can seemed to enjoy it since it ate 80% of it.
Melissa the manager is GREAT, our last couple of visits weren’t that great but my daughter likes it so we always try to give it a chance. Plus Melissa went a above and beyond to fix the issue and because of her excellent customer service I gave 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Always late. Takes over an hour longer than expected each time. The most recent time it took over 2 hours and then they canceled my order. I will never order from here again. Pizza comes cold anyway and there are always errors.
This location has changed their staff and I am so pleased. Kamari is patient and has a positive attitude! The ingredients are fresh and pizza was cooked to perfection. I hope this location stays this way.
Decent enough, but they were so busy that they gave me the wrong order of which I did not discover until I'd gotten home. They eventually replaced the order and no charge. Due to Covid-19 crisis, I'm always looking for cleanliness and they could stand to be a bit more tidy.
