They keep their milk out on the counters. Disgusting. Employees who are closing tend to forget my pastries or food I’ve ordered. I haven’t been back here in a while, but the last straw was when I’d order food, and the employees would just be talking or goofing off, not making my food so I can head out. I understand it’s late and I don’t think the managers are there, but customers are paying for service. Don’t come here.I genuinely hope the managers address this issue because they lost a customer.Also, why are there so many Indians here??

Ordered a hot chai tea latte because I’m not a huge coffee fan. It was SO good. The best I’ve ever had .. Starbucks is ruined for me. Wish there was a location closer to home/work
If you like Italian coffee this is the spot. If not, this is still a cool spot to hang for an hour. The inside is warm and the people are chill. I like the barristers laid back style. Only draw back for me is the whole bean bags are too big. Smaller bags are better for occasional brewers like me.
Good coffee. Better than competitors. Tasty croissants. I liked the chocolate croissants, but the almond looked good as well.
Be careful before you buy the $30 gift card with a free drink. Their policy is not Consistent!I can’t believe that they think a customer who already put twice $30 into their gift card, visit the shop very often, want to cheat a free drink from them.My first time put $30 into the gift card, they accept me to take the free drink, my second I put $30 in it, they won’t accept me take the free drink at that time, they give a paper receipt then ask me to bring that paper back for the free drink at another time. I just lost it as too many bills and receipts how can you keep all of them, then they denied giving me my free drink. They thought I was a homeless try to cheat a free drink from them? They can’t even check in their system if I already got the free drink or not yet. So unprofessional!A free drink is not much money but their customer service is so fail!!! Just simply want to have a coffee to start my day but it actually ruined my morning!Bye!!!!
So first of all, the drinks here are good. I've tried the Vanilla Shakerato and the Chai Tea Latte and both were incredible. But the greatest thing here is the staff! I've been to other Minuti locations before and the staff is always polite, but this location went above and beyond. They gave me a full explanation of the entire menu, told me what the favorites were, asked me for preferences, and made some recommendations... All without me asking! They just saw a confused look on my face and swooped right in to help! You don't find this level of customer service around much these days. Highly recommend!
Used to be a fan here. Enjoyed my morning coffee with my buddies ever since they opened. However, customer service and quality drops dramatically when they have more customers now.

Absolutely the best coffee ever had, hands down. The Barista was very helpful recommending and explaining how he would make it. Great atmosphere to sit back and do your thing.
