flavors and toppings are good but customer service isn’t great, especially tonight. the cashier walked to the back when my mom and I came in then just asked if we had rewards. we said no and she said nothing else, didn’t even say the price of what our food was. had a frown on her face the whole time too. walked back to the back as soon as we were done paying and said nothing

The point system is a big scam if you don’t download the app. They want your personal information to sale it. No chocolate and the change the machines. I ask if a can change the yogurt. Nope I had to pay $10 again. The manager basically say. I was weekend customer. Never going back again.
Always nice flavor selections and fixin's/add ons. Clean inside, courteous, friendly staff. Mmm good.!
Variety of flavor of Frozen Yogurt. Clean establishment. My Grandson loves the variety of options for candies to add on top. Served by weight.
The place is okay, the prices keep getting high but i am in love with the original flavor i don’t get any of the other ones. The customer service used to be great (about 5 yrs ago) but since it xhanged ownership is bad. You never get welcomed and when you leave you are always ignored. I would definitely would come more if the service were different
Had a sugar free yogurt and it was very good.
This place is fine but not a huge fan of the customer service. Also the selection of flavors is really small vs what the website shows so not sure what the discrepancy is there. Does the trick on a hot summer night tho. Had the s’mores and cheesecake flavors and both were decent.
Wish they would have at least one low carb flavor always available
Only 1 flavor on 1 machine worked. We went to celebrate the last day of school, but nothing worked. The employees made no effort to fix them. We left and went somewhere else
