Fresh food. The only complaint is they need to change their times online because they aren't 24 hours. I've been there at the we hours of morning and or late at night and was surprised to see them closed. I don't want to lower the score only because the times that I was serviced it was a good costumer service

I just ordered 2 meals double quarter pound meal and 20 pcs of nuggets. and I didn't pay attention on the screen what i exactly ordered. Then the associate who works gave me only 1 double quarter pounder and nuggets. then I told her I ordered 2 meals and 20 pieces of nuggets. Then I ask her to pay for the other double quarter pounder meal . She was so rude to me. She said she can not do money transaction. She closed the window. I ask her again to do her job. I asked her name and told her how what she is doing is not nice. She laughed at me . Her name is MARIA RAMIREZ. I had to go back again and wait in the drive through . if I didn't promised my son , i wouldn't go back to get the burger. She is so rude. When I come back for the second time, another young guy treated me with respect. I will never come to this place.
Definitely not 24h anymore. Most of the staff is very rude and their actual service/quality of the food is awful compared to any other mcd in the area.
When I asked for fresh fries & mentioned that they always always give cold fries this is what I got along with being verbally accosted! A soggy greasy bag of fries - sipping wet with grease and it looked like they refried the ones I gave them back! The nuggets were dried up and looked chewy! That kid is lucky he didn’t get snatched out of the window and me put my belt across his disrespectful behind! O STARS NOT EVEN 1 is fair! Disrespectful & nasty!
Never can get your order correct. I ordered 6 freshly baked cookies. They rewarded old cookies thats been on the shelf for hours. Ask I received them from the guy at the window. I asked twice, are u sure these are FRESHLY baked cookies he assured me yes! And when I bit I to it it was NOT! Clumps of old hard chocolate chips. I hate this location.
Wish their drive thru service is faster as i think when orders take a few minutes ask that car to pull over and bring out when ready.
This is very bad service 6pm around time . Nobody answer and long time waiting outside . This location is very crazy .
I went there 10:00pm, the good thing is people there despite of being short staffed they are smiling.Thank you for those come to work and serve
