The review is based on the service received and not the product. I was out there with my family to enjoy the Sunday evening on 6/28/2022. As I processed the payment, the associate brought my attention to the total amount that I actually authorized which was over by $100. I requested the refund and was told that only owner can process the refund and he'll do it when he comes before closing so I can call back to check the status on this refund by next day. I tried several times and they keep telling me they can't do anything about it and that I'll have to dispute the transaction with my bank. This is absolutely unacceptable. They still owe me $100 that they refuse to process. This shouldn't be that hard, all that was needed to happen was that my original transaction should've been voided and they could recharge me the original amount and yet they failed to do so. I still expect my return.So based on the "Response from the Owner", I contacted the email that's provided below and yet there's not response even after trying to reach them 3 times. It appears owner doesn't care to have repeated customer. They over charged me $100 and now wouldn't even want to talk about it. This is horrible.
This place is always closed around 8:30-8:45. I frequent the place next door and the first time I wanted some ice cream, the girl says the machine is broken. Second time, it’s 8:40pm and she goes to the back and the door is closed. Sad because a lot of people come this place and then drive off.Maybe coming earlier would improve your odds of being served.
Bad service and birthday ice cream cake is not good as expected, will never order again.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I go in and this girl tells me i cant order cause the freezer is broken and the icecream is melted. I dont understand why she didn’t call anyone or tell them they need to close, but that was unprofessional and a waste of my time. You’re better off buying icecream from the store than wasting your time coming here.

They don’t update their hours correctly. It says it’s open till 10pm: I reached there at 9:30 it is closed. It is waiting others time and especially the kids want ice cream it is misleading
Marble Slab is the best ice cream (not counting Blue Bell). It’s so tasty and they have a bunch of toppings to choose from. In addition to ice cream, there is the Great American Cookies Co. products here as well! I got a cookie cake for my birthday and it was amazing as usual! The staff here are so nice and friendly. Don’t listen to anybody saying the staff here is rude because they’re not.
The reason of one star is not quality of product because ice cream is good but the customer services is really bad , not answer properly both girls in hurry just to finish sales , no any product knowledge nor good behavior sorry….. quality of ice cream good visited with family and kids
