Came in here a couple of weeks ago with a friend for some ice cream since we were in the area. Didn't have much of an expectation other than your typical Marble Slab expectation, but the young man who was working here at the time was extremely polite and super nice with everything. And yes, I did say 'extremely'.
I went there for a graving ice cream which i havent had in over 18mth. I had the butter pecan with the flavoring heathbar, in a sugar cone was great but the prices was outrageous $9.95. You talk about highway robbery . Won t be going there in the future there has to b another game in town . Hook me up if you know of one.
Great ice cream but the place needs to be cleaned better.
The Indian cashier is very rude. It was 1st time here seeking out ice cream places to bring my youth soccer group and her whole presence & attitude was very dry very rude. I'll take our organization elsewhere.
This place has been here ever since the first Colony Commons was constructed like 20 plus years ago. Love their ice cream cakes. Always got some interesting flavors every now and then. Never once had a bad experience there. Even during the coof Times.
I love this place, the ice cream here is always delicious. My family has been loyal customers for over 20 years. However, I tried to go in at 940 on Thursday and the kid working had some BS story about COVID and being closed when his friends were in there and ordered after we went to our car. If you aren't going to be open until 10pm then don't say you're open until 10. It was most disappointing. I called the other Marble Slab in Quail Valley and they stayed open for us. May just have to go where my patronage is welcomed, sadly.
This establishment does not deserve your business. The quality of service has gone down to its lowest point in my opinion. The staff does not seem to want to work there! The ladies restroom has been out of order for weeks. How are they washing their hands? The young man behind the counter had poor customer service skills. Why was he behind the counter at all? I witnessed the mistreatment of two ladies and they walked out of the business. I will not be going back to this nasty, unprofessional and prejudiced Marble Slab.
We've have been here before and came back again. Just as good as before! Awesome Homemade Ice cream with lots of flavor. Staff is too friendly. Everytime I came the Indian girl with Bluetooth help me and she is nice hard-working and helpful. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HER SERVICE.
MC is always a good place to meet friends and get delicious ice cream.
The manager is very good, his staff charged me A dollar extra but he come all the way to my car to returns the over charged
