The beef fajitas were not as good as it normally is...but whatever. What was disappointing was the manager!Our server was adorable and so sweet but the girl who served our drinks spilled a margarita all over me. It was an accident and she was very apologetic and brought everything we needed to help clean up.The manager walked by and asked how things were and I told him what happened. He said sorry and walked off. It couldn't have been a more fake sorry! It was completely insincere! I ate my food cold because the margarita spilled over the place. But who cares! Horrible manager!
The food was delicious. The lattes were better than Starbucks. ❤️ Ermes was an amazing server and very fast and knowledgeable. Will be going back for brunch again very soon!
I was there for Valentine's Day. I was at the Sugar Land location I was sitting next to the kitchen by the drink fountain with my family... German was my server and while he did great, the female manager that was in the back was very unprofessional, yelling at her staff. We could hear her even over the music. We spoke to Cody, another manager, who was pleasant, but the woman treated her staff poorly.
Went on Jan 1st and had superb service considering it was busy. Really nice gesture from waiter overhearing us that it was my bday and brought us dessert ? food was delish, exactly what I wanted. And plan on going back soon. Apparently I didn't get enough of their fajitas! Lol
Lupe Tortilla is so good! I tried the 2 steak tacos with cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole on the side and it was so yummy. The steak is especially tangy and tasty! Even their default appetizer chips with beans or salsa is so good. The service was great!
First time going there, ordered the artichoke and spinish enchiladas.they were so good, I ordered another plate to go. Great service from Mark the waiter. Left him 10.00 tip.
We stumbled upon Lupe's this afternoon and we are so glad we did! Our server, Bryanna, was amazing. We asked what was good - she suggested fajitas, but didn't stop there. She described each type and also talked about the fajita combos. Her service was warm, friendly, and attentive. We had the Barbacoa, a fajita combo for 2 which includes TexMex ribs and sausage. Wow! Each bite was a different flavor sensation and the ribs melted in your mouth. It did not disappoint!The food and drink were delicious, we are just sorry we aren't local so we can come back.
It was a good hangout place family friendly, food was okay, guacamole was great, salmon was lill dry. very busy....like crazy busy.
Hade breakfast chorizo with egg tacos were good and potatoes but the Chilaquiles were almost luke warm and dry what little salsa that I tasted was nice and spicy.
