Me and my niece had the best time ever at this location. Our Server Rachel B kept us laughing. She was totally on point with every item of our selections. She continually came back to see if we needed any additional help or wanted to order more items. Rachel B was the best server I have had in a long time. Very professional and polite. Great employee to keep.
Not sure what the problem was but out visit today (05-12-22) was other than satisfyingFrom the moment we walked in we were ignored (front staff member was busy talking to another guest/wait staff member ?), only after a few minutes had gone by did someone asked us how many in our partyThen the issue with our bill/ticket. Tho we came together, we were each paying separate... server never asked just brought the ticket. After several times and making us wait did things seemed to be OK (mind you it was done with attitude)Again... not sure whyPlace was not busy... not happyWill not return to this locationPray things get better
Very good New York strip steak. Chicken fried steak is so tender it falls apart. Friendly atmosphere but a little bit of a wait to get seated, but worth the few minutes. Our server Daniel was very attentive and friendly. The menu is not overpriced. We will definitely stop in again if we are in the area.
The food is really, really good! But the smell inside is unbearable. It smells like old mop water was used and the restroom had a strong sewer smell. If you're sensitive to smells like me..get your food To Go.
The Parmesan chicken was extremely salty and it felt like the fries were old. The soup and the salad were good but still did not enjoy, is the second opportunity I give to longhorn so I won’t be coming back to this restaurant

Normally I go to this place over and over again for lunch and really like it. But it seems like the waiters has started lacking in quality. Customer service is minimal and you have to flag a waiter down in order to help you. They act put out if they have to come back to your table even though they mess up your order. Yesterday was a very bad experience they messed up my order just by simply leaving my burger dry then when I pointed it out the manager came over and made a big deal about it. All I wanted was some condiments on my burger. Then I asked for iced tea and it became a huge ordeal the waiter slammed the picture down on the table because I asked for ice in a separate glass. I have never been so embarrassed or upset. The only reason why I give these people the number two is because their food is excellent. So the cooking is still great. If you can overlook the people who handle the dining room then by all means come visit.
We had dinner at thisnlocayion again recently, but have been several times. The service is always good and friendly. The food is usually good, but like many places it varies. The chicken fried steak is a generous portion and the salads were enough to share. We will dine here again.
Longhorn Steakhouse 5428 in Sugarland has never before disappointed to this degree.Our server didn't introduce himself, nor did he wear a name badge. He came to our table, sat the plates & bread on the back of our booth seat (luckily it didn't fall on my boys). My meal came out 4 minutes before the other 2 meals. My drink order was coffee but he didn't bring it out until I was ready to leave. I would have stayed to drink it since it cost over $3 and he said it was fresh, but it was fat from it. I couldn't drink it at all.We had to ask other people for drink refills after glasses sat empty for too long.There were more service issues as well. Too many little things to list.Luckily, my sons enjoyed their burgers. They were very good.Overall; such a shame.
Food was good.. our waitress very attentive.She was lots of fun to deal with.. .. And had a good attitude.. price is moderate..
