There was this Indian server who is extremely unprofessional, she was first working on Hillcroft location and because of her attitude we and lot of others whom I know stopped going there. Since we were in Sugarland area we thought of giving it a try, but to our disappointment she was in this location as well. She gave us Rabadi gola in a cracked cup and when we asked her for another cup she made a face as if it’s our fault if the cup in which she served was a cracked one. Also when I asked for a lid for my other ice cup she didn’t have any, she just wrapped it in a plastic foil ( seriously) how are you in business if you don’t have cups and lids to serve ice cream
What a wonderful Desi Icecream and falooda shop! Several delicious flavors such as chickoo, sitaphal, lychee, rajbhog, Malai, keshar pista and many more. We each sampled 3 flavors, got one cup of the malai ice cream (super creamy!) and one rajbhog falooda (superb layered milkshake with jelly cubes, vermicelli, sabja and rajbhog + kesar pista ice cream). We loved the flavors so much we even got a pint of the chickoo ice cream to go.
This place was amazing. I wish I remembered what I ordered because it was an unexpected surprise. It was this yellow drink with ice cream in it and it had little nuts and noodles and chewy things in it. I loved it! I came here with my little sister once and she insisted we come back here again, and I'm glad we did! Definitely will come again whenever I'm in the area
Went with my parents today. Amazing selection! I had the Rose Petals and Milk Masala! Both were perfect and creamy. Best kulfi I've ever had. My mother had the Ferrero Roche and loved it. My father had the black currant and it was amazing too! Will definitely be coming back many more times!
I love this place! Kulfis falooda to gadbad everything here is topnotch! My personal favorite is Malai falooda. I do try their seasonal flavors and they are also amazing. You won't be disappointed here!
I mostly buy original falooda and only their specialty meetha pan icecream but today I had requested if they can switch one of the ice cream in the Falooda to vanilla they said they can’t they have changed their policies ?
Very bad service, we ordered 2 cups of ice-cream, first she was giving in the foam mini cups, I requested her to give us in a nicer color cups and filled up one cup for 2 people. I told her to give us separate in 2 individual cups. Though she was charging for 2 cups. My first and last time visit. Bad but sad.

OWNER WAS SO RUDE TO MY FRIEND WHO I TOOK TO TRY FLAVORS OF ICE CREAM. WE ASKED FOR A TESTER AND GOT YELLED AT FOR WANTING TO DECIDE WHAT ICE CREAM WE WANTED. SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY HIGH PRICES FOR THE LOCATION. NEVER GOING BACK BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND CANT UNDERSTAND A SIMPLE REQUEST
Great place if you have a sweet tooth. I recommend the Mango Falooda. Nice range of ice cream choices. Outdoor seating and indoor seating available. Gets busy in the weekends in the evenings and had to wait a while to place the order. Will be returning.
