First off i would love to say this company is amazing love the place but it was one worker that ruined the experience and why i will never go there ever again. The pink haired girl she was so rude and unprofessional. Not only was she rude but when we went to write a review to tell what happened the pink haired girl found her social media and started threatening her! I have never in my life met someone so unpleasant.
I ordered four drinks for me and my little sisters and they were delicious! The girl with the curly hair and the one with pink hair made my drinks pretty fast and were very sweet!! Drinks were tasty customer service was good definitely coming here again!
Hmm... considering these are teenagers who don't have much customer experience or work experience. My experience with them was amazing. The girl with the long black hair took my order and the girl with the pink hair helped answer any questions I had regarding the menu.
Amazing service here! Im new in town & wanted to find a boba spot worth trying and im so glad I came across this one. Employees were very helpful, especially the girl with pink hair who helped me choose a drink I would like. Definitely going again!
Drinks are good (brown sugar boba). But the customer service is just awkward. Girl with long hair just sitting on the counter talking to her friends. So unprofessional. Someone just left some toddlers play in a playpen. They don’t acknowledge other customers. I’ve been in food service for over 25 years. Y’all can do better.
This boba stand does amazing things. The drinks were served hot and perfect in my opinion. One guy with dyed blonde hair in particular had amazing customer service, made sure our drinks came out fast, and acted mature around his coworkers, I wouldn’t be surprised if he was the manager! To any bad reviews, they probably came on a bad day, all my experiences have been great with this stand, especially with the dyed blonde hair kid and the black worker, they deserve raises! Everyone else does a splendid job but those two really serve with a passion and bring a nice atmosphere to the stand.
the service there is pretty amazing. i politely asked the pink haired girl on any recommendations she may have and told me the mangonada was her favorite. definitely coming back for a second time.
Great and tasty drinks. I went last week on Tuesday and the line was very long (I was understanding considering their was only one person working at that time) My drink was done fast and efficienty! I don’t know the girls name who made my drink but I do know she had pink hair and was super kind
Absolutely horrible service. The two young girls working the register, especially the one with the washed out pink hair, were awful. I asked if they had specific kinds of tea/drinks and Pink Hair just kept saying no without even offering any suggestions for something similar. At one point she even tried to redirect me to a Starbucks nearby. After I ordered and payed she immediately got on her cell phone and started texting. This place will definitely not last long, especially when the employees working there are directing business elsewhere just so they don't have to work. Good luck Pink Hair, with that attitude you won't go far.Two stars for the mediocre brown sugar boba.EDIT: Could it be Noah and Miyah know Pink Hair? I'm assuming so as they both left positive reviews for her and Woodlake Meadows Apartments. Then again what do I know.
The two pretty girls with pink hair and glasses made my drinks so fast. I definitely would recommend and would go again!
