Ordered food thru drive thru, girls were laughin and playing around. I waited almost 35 min for food. Was asked to replace sides because she said the cook was not there and it ain't her problem. The chicken was very cold. They forgot my sides and my extra biscuits that I ordered. I'm sorry but I think this will be the last time I go to KFC. If you want quality and hospitality do yourself a favor go dont go here.
Love me some KFC and taco bell you guys gotta try a crunchy taco with a crispy chicken strip in the middle best stoner food lol
We had a large order and I was pleasantly surprised that it was correct. Food is not as good as it used to be. The mashed potatoes are bad, like a box mix.
Very dry chicken and terrible customer service. Very bad and they need to improve right away or find new jobs heh.

Chicken breasts were size of a thigh. Didn't taste fresh very rubbery. This was the third time this happened. I will never purchase from this restaurant again.

Always receive the worst service at this KFC location. Ordered and waited in line, was told the tenders would take 3 minutes and was asked to pull up. Waited more than 10 minutes. Eventually pulled back around the drive through and they had totally forgotten about us waiting and had given our food to someone else. Waited a further 10 minutes to get refunded.
Their chicken sandwiches are great and a really good value.Right now it is a KFC/Taco Bell drive-through only (inside dining is closed down).BUT the Taco Bell is closed and they have no signs outside telling you that...it was frustrating those people who had to change their orders to KFC instead at the order window.This was June '21 and I wrote to them about it, but I don't know if this has been fixed yet.
