We ordered the Brisket Sando, Brisket Omlette and the Brisket Philly Cheese and it was amazing. If you are looking for halal options for Brisket and Nashville Style hot chicken then this is a must try. You will not be disappointed! Awesome food and clean encironment. The seating area is also very artistic and a nice ambience overall.
Went there to try the hot chicken fry. We ordered the Quater bird bone-in chicken which includes 2 legs and 1 thigh with a medium spice level. When we tasted it, it was too much salty. I couldn't even finish 1 piece.We also ordered Birds Nest which is a mixture of Chopped chicken tenders, Vinegar slaw, sauce, pickles, and french fries. The french fries were soggy, not crispy at all. The chicken in it seemed it was fried a long time ago.Didn't like the food to be honest. But the interior wall design was something different. I gave the 3 stars only for the interior design.It has both indoor and outdoor seating areas and a large parking lot in front of the restaurant.
Overall this place is decent. It does have an extensive menu so gives you a lot of options to try from. The staff is friendly and will walk you through everything if needed. I would say I was slightly disappointed in the heat levels as I opted for a medium and it did not have much heat - I would say it was like maybe jalapeno-serrano level.When I had asked the staff to try comparing the heat levels to peppers (jalapeño, habenero, etc) I wasn’t met with a straight answer so couldn’t really determine what the best heat level is. If you have been to other hot chicken places and can handle spicy I suggest you start at Hot, medium and anything below and you are just eating a fried chicken breast or tenders.The overall size of the sandwich is worth the price you pay and it comes with a side of their comeback sauce. I think the sandwich can do with a bit more flavor but I think the expectation of spiciness wasn’t there to elevate it to the next level.
What a hidden gem! I’m a pilot, this place is close to my airport and across the parking lot from my hotel. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Brisket was awesome and the mac’n cheese was good. Definitely recommend if you are passing through or make the very short walk for dinner.
Large portions & perfectly seasoned food. I wanted to enjoy the outdoor patio on a cold day, I’d suggest the owner place an outdoor heater for the patio, since it’s a large seating area. Overall the food and service was great! We’ll be back again.
The food was delicious, even the fries were good! Great place to get halal chicken and waffles. Medium spice level was enough punch for me and I was still able to enjoy the food but too spicy for the kiddos.
Came in from out of town and decided to give this spot a try. The owner was very nice and helpful in terms of what to order. Gf and I decided to get the fried chicken sandwich and fries. We loved everything about it. We got it hot, but will most likely get medium next time. Definitely coming back!
Really good burgers, nicely sized as well. I used to eat the hot burgers but can’t handle that heat anymore so medium is probably gonna be good next time. They’re chicken is well cooked and not oily at all. Kids love the fries and the wings as well. Would surely recommend it to any burger lover in Houston.
Called in for the Monday special. 2 pieces of fish and fires and a drink for $9.99.Fish was hot and fresh. Good amount of heat for the medium hotness level. Not overpowering to where you can’t taste the first. Just right. I’ll defiantly be back for the chicken or to get the first again.
