Walked into an empty restaurant on a Saturday evening at 9pm and we were very apprehensive. But the food was very delicious and felt it was cooked fresh. The malai tikka reminded me of back home in Delhi and the Goat Karahi was great too.
This place is greatWe ordered a family platter and they said it would feed 3 people and we had to ask for a takeout box.The wait is a little too long, and the place looks okay. The staff was nice as well.Definitely coming here again
Today we ate brunch at Kababi Zaytoon. Everyone in our group liked the food . Many varieties , everyone is very nice and humble.Kababi Zaytoon11920 S Texas 6 Suite 1200-A, Sugar Land, TX 77498
Missed the marks across the board.1. Only half the restaurant was being used (we went on a Friday night), we were told that we could not sit on the carpeted area, and it was uncomfortably warm inside which indicated the AC was not up to par.2. Food was okay — less Mediterranean than advertised. Very spicy which is okay for me, but we had kids with us that were unable to tolerate it. We ordered beef kabobs and they gave us chicken kabobs, and when asked they ultimately denied that it was chicken. (Lol, okay).3. The staff was a little rude and passive. I asked the girl for a booster chair and she just walked away. Okay, if you are unable to bring it over yourself you could have told me where you keep them?4. Bathrooms are just….I have no words. I don’t think they’ve been cleaned literally ever.Luckily for us it’s located in a plaza where there’s no shortage of great eats and treats to make up for such a subpar meal/experience.
Kababi, is one of the most popular and ideal restaurant, in Sugarland, worth visiting and enjoying foods along with family members, equally enjoyed by the kids, having Halal Menu ?. Managed by the Experienced Gujratee family and very courteous, cool and adaptive staff and reasonable prices ?. Furthermore, it counts as a Food Street, as one can find ? additional stuff like burgers, drinks ? juices, Faludas of all ingredients and tasteful pans, again at costs, one can afford.
Must go place for ramadan iftaar. The new managment is great and the food is simply awsome. Their fish fry is out of world.
I went in the restaurant thinking it is Afghani/Mediterranean restaurant, as the name of the restaurant suggests. They had Indian/Pakistani Buffet not Afghani or Mediterranean. I tried their buffet with an open mind and didn't like the food at all. I am giving two stars because the staff was nice.
Delicious! First time eating this type of food. The lady was very nice and helped us chose a great meal. Love that she was able to get me a menu with pictures (yes, I really wanted to see pics). Thanks for a first great experience.
Although food is very oily, I enjoyed the Peshwari Kahari. I ordered a chicken kahari as well, that was lacking bit on the spices and tasted bland, but meat was cooked good.I also ordered fried rice. I tried eating it but I couldn’t.. it was drenched with black pepper I like black pepper, but the seasoning was extremely off to and wasn’t really enjoyable.I guess its a hit or a miss. Wouldn’t really go back
Just heard about this place from a friend and came to find an astonishing environment with great food. There are tables, booths, and an area where you can sit and relax. Chicken Kofta Kabab is a recommendation.
