Used to come here all the time… I came Friday 2/18 and there was barely any staff… when I asked what happened no one said anything. On top of it now being insanely slow and now the sandwiches are mediocre. When talking to a manager about they brushed me off. It’s not the same friendly environment anymore. Will not be returning.
Terrible. I was across the street and the scheduled delivery was over 40 minutes late. Even though we were across the street they delivered to us last.
What more can I say…NOSandwiches are great. But customer service is just…NO again…
I love these sandwiches but man are they stingy with the avocado! Hardly noticeable to the naked eye.
Sandwiches are tasty but whenever I ask for avocado on the sandwhich they only put it on 50% of the time. If it ran out, I would appreciate a call or take off the extra 1.00 charge.
Came to this location on 10/3/21.. I start ordering for 6 people and then I'm told " oh by the way, we are put of French bread, all we have is wheat".... seriously, this is how you all do business, like keep stock of the things you need or else you will have customers leave your location like I just did. So now I'm giving my business to jersey Mike's.

Jimmy John's whole moto is "freaky fast delivery". At this point I'd settle for average delivery. Why did I place my order in advance for a specific time and it takes over an hour to get to me. I call the store and get no apology, just 'he's going to be there's. Terrible customer service. I have a set lunch time and can't change it because jimmy John's wants to take their sweet time.
The perfect turkey sandwich. If you love a simple turkey sandwich, try the turkey tom. It’s perfect every time! I love the bread. It’s soft and chewy but has a delicious crustiness on the outside. I usually order through the app and my order is always ready really quickly. Of course, the delivery is also freaky fast!
