We walked in and picked our table.After only , maybe 3 min , a gentleman comes in and makes a huge order at the register.Before us, there was another table sitting.The server made the gentleman’s Huge order first then took our orders later.Felt like she wasn’t using common sense to serve the tables that were sat first with smaller orders then the gentleman who got there after us anyways!The wait on our food was ridiculousOnce we got our food it was tasty!
Today was my fils bday and we decided to try out Jade Ly Asian Bistro. Fist of all, the service was excellent. It was our first time there, and everyone was really nice.We ordered Mongolian beef, Korean beef, two shrimp dishes ( curry shrimp/ coconut shrimp(?), orange chicken soup, appetizers etc.Everything was freshly made. Veggies weren’t soggy and was crunchy. Every dish was flavorful and their chili sauce was spicy!We enjoyed every single dish we ordered.Can’t wait to come here again!
Went to Jade ly chinese and food was good. They have week day special for $12.99 that includes a choice of soup, appetizer, rice and entree. Food was fresh and hot. One thing that I felt was that all dishes that I ordered and I ordered 5 different dishes of beef and chicken but the base curry tasted same. It would be awesome if they change base curry for dishes. Overall good experience with good prices.
Food was reasonably good. Service was also good. We didn’t enjoy the chicken corn soup; however, the hot and sour soup was very good. We also ordered Korean chicken and general Tso and both were great but did not like the chicken with vegetables as much. Overall very good place to eat specially this is Halal food.
One star for service only food was just ok ok won't be coming back chicken corn soup had no corns and alot of eggs .. Hawaiian coconut chicken had no coconut flavor was extra sweet .. all the best to them service was quick taste was ok ..
Few months ago, I ordered a takeout and everything was delicious.I came back again with my in-laws to dine in and we all loved the food.I ordered beef lo mein, general tso, and beef brocolli. Lo mein were amazing and delicious. Spring rolls and sweet & sour soup were delicious.Server also brought me their in house mustard sauce. It was definitely a unique sauce.I have also posted, take out photos. In pictures I have, hot and sweet chicken, chicken lo mein and probably Kung pao chicken.
Great option for Halal Chinese, first time trying this place. Food Quality and service is great. Ordered chicken fried rice, basil chicken, chicken lo mein, Kung pao chicken. Opted for fried rice instead of white rice. Serving is ample and followed guidelines. Restaurant is clean and ambiance is good too. They also have lunch ($9.95)and dinner ($12.95) special. Would definitely recommend visiting if around New Territory Sugarland area.
Ordered hot and sour soup, Mongolian beef, general tso chicken, pepper steak, singapore noodles and basil chicken with steamed and fried rice. Everything was delicious! Would def come back and 100 percent recommend to anyone in the area interested in some chinese food with a spicy touch.
Great Chinese food restaurant. The food is excellent and the service is great. The hot and sour soup tastes great, but can be a little spicy. They also have a very good lunch special that lasts to 4pm on weekdays.I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
This is one of my favorite restaurants to go to in Sugarland that's close to my home. Great Food and good Service.
