Very unprofessionalThe lady Sasha handed my order I asked for the ketchup also she said its in the bag with 2 large fries she gave me 1 small pouch of ketchup plus my loaded fries was ordered as no meat and she gave lots of beacon in it, firstly I went inside for the ketchup and then again for the loaded fries.
Wrong items. Wrong quantity. Wrong flavor. Wrong charges. I verified at least 3 times before move to the window. And the employee still said it’s customer’s fault.The training of employees at this location requires large improvement.You guys are really challenging my bottom line.
They close early and leave the open sign on. It was 10:30 and I was waiting in line behind someone for 5 min just to realize they weren't open.
This place is never open when it says it is. I just came here on Saturday morning at 6:20 am and it was closed. I spoke to the drive thru box and no answer. I then proceeded to drive to the front and I see two employees in there. This is sad!This isn’t the first time this happened to me. Never coming Here again!
Bought chicken strips for a late night meal. Just the right thing at the moment. Have been wanting to eat tiny tacos but was not too sure I wanted to experience acid reflux being that spicy foods don't agree with me late at night.
7;30 am people in drive thru.. nobody is helping us.. I move forward to the window and lights are off and nobody is inside.. so I parked out front for a min to figure what I was going to do.. the. Two cars showed up and finally unlocked the doors. I checked hours and they were supposed to be open.. so now I’m late to work with no bfast ??♀️ This location has really gone down. ??
I ordered a mocha iced coffee. It has chocolate syrup in the bottom. It's NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE CHOCOLATE SYRUP. It's supposed to be mocha.
I went to this location on Sunday 9:30 PM and the service was horrible! I had placed my order through the Jack in the Box app and said my order would be ready in around 5-8 minutes. I drive to the place and wait 10 minutes in the drive through until an employee finally speaks. He says that the kitchen was cleaned and he could not take any orders?? I tell him that I had placed my order already and he said "sorry can't do anything". I asked if he can cancel it, and he says he can't do anything about it? He tells me to just google it and find out. The closing time is at 11 PM according to google and the sign in the front of the store. It was more than an hour and a half until they closed. The employee was rude and I wasted my time and money. As I drove off I saw there was two employees too! I have no idea what they do in the last two hours then. If I could I would give ZERO stars! Would avoid this location!
Our go-to for post-bar tacos. At that time, they know our purpose, serve them to specification, and withhold judgement. That's exactly what we need.
Absolute horrible service through the Drive Thru. Employee would not speak. No thank you no hello no nothing. My drink had soda all over the outside of the cup. There were no napkins in my bag. Had to ask for my receipt. Employees at this location need a lesson in customer service or they need to go find another job.
