Came here for dinner with my husband and we sadly were not very impressed with our experience. The service was extremely slow and the restaurant was only maybe three quarters full during our dinner. Our waitress constantly forgot what we has asked for and had to have us repeat a couple of times. We started with a salad which was hineztly the best part of our meal by far. Great fresh veggies and the vinaigrette was amazing. I ordered a Margherita pizza and my husband got a calzone. Neither was anything special sadly. We ordered a cannoli and it too was a disappointment, it all tasted prepackaged which was a bit disappointing. I overall wouldn't suggest this place to anyone who likes a good crusty pizza or knows what traditional Italian food should taste like.
Last night my fiancé and I had our rehearsal dinner here and we were so pleased with how above and beyond everything was! Our waitress Alexa was amazing and always made sure all 21 of our guests were satisfied! We never felt forgotten, even though she had another large party that night. She was always attentive and making sure everyone was okay. She definitely showed 5 star service! Thanks again Alexa!
I have LOVED your pizza in the past and ordered tonight for my Hubby to try… The pizzas were over cooked and thrown together. The calzone was mushy. We paid over $91 WITH tip on a Saturday night to treat ourselves. Worst pizza ever. We should have ordered from Dominoes. Would’ve had hot tasty pizza in 25 minutes AND saved well over $75. I have been more than satisfied- even elated- with your pizza in the past. This is the first time we splurged and it was a waste of money. I don’t believe we will ever order from Grimaldi’s again. Absolutely horrible. Less than 1 star wasn’t available…
Went for Valentine’s Day, they weren’t busy at all. The workers were all nice, our waitress, can’t recall her name, was very nice and inviting, she made sure our order was right. Pizza was great. Workers all kind of stood around and talked a lot, sometimes they waited forever to come get our refills, check, and to-go-box.
I ordered the pizza for pickup and they told me it would be ready in 45 minutes. I arrived after about 30 minutes and the phone pizza was room temperature at pickup. We ordered extra mozzarella and there wasn't extra mozzarella on the pizza. If they call this extra, then I would hate to see what regular looks like. The ingredients have great flavor, that's why I ordered extra, just need it throughout the entire pizza and add the extra when we pay for it.
Delicious Pizza, my first time going and I will say I'll be going again. Friendly staff always willing to help and awnser and questions. We got the traditional spicy chicken sausage pizza. It was smelling so good that I forgot to take pictures! Must try if you haven't been.
super Fresh Ingredients! Great Service. Some of the Best Pizza I've ever had!! Salads were Top Notch!!

Great Pizza! If you go to this location make sure you ask for Alexa!!! She is amazing. We had never been there before and she was patient and informational. She suggested a few appetizers and they were a hit with my group. Very attentive. Everyone needs people like Alexa!!!
This experience was awful, and I can’t believe it’s ranked as high as it is for restaurants. First, we waited 15 minutes by the host stand waiting for anyone to acknowledge we were wanting a table. Someone comes up and says it will be 45 minutes, keep in mind this is with only 50% capacity at the most. After overhearing us ask why it would be so long when there was open tables everywhere, I assume the manager (she didn’t introduce herself) told us it would only be 5-10 for a table. After getting seated, our waitress came out and stopped at the table without saying one word, no introduction, no nothing. She just stood there, pen in hand, waiting for us to speak. We ask for Pepsi/Coke. Out. Dr.Pepper, out. So we get water and watch our waitress bring out our waters, two at a time. We had eight people…crazy waste of time. We order a Cesar salad, actually pretty good and two pizzas, not so good. We realized towards the end of our pizza’s we wouldn’t have enough left to fill everyone up. So we asked how long it would be for another pizza. Our waitress tells us, “that won’t be possible because we are about to stoak the oven, and we have to close it down for an hour.” Mind you, this was at 3:30 on a Monday afternoon. We get our check, and as we’re leaving, a family is sat next to us at the adjacent table. They get sat down, and there another waitress tells them they can’t order for another hour! Obviously, they got up and left. Got them all sat and then told them it would be an hour before they could even order; I couldn’t believe it. Needless to say, we left still hungry and horrified at the level of unprofessional attitudes and environment. Never again will we eat there.
