The food was awful. I ordered a Baja salad and the chicken was stale.? Then, they refused to give me a refund and had a terrible attitude. I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
I went to the all famous great wraps and I have to say I was left with disappointment. I tried they’re all famous Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Was it good, yes. But, it is only good as far as mall food goes. The bread was good but it had like this cheap taste to it. The meat was standard Philly cheesesteak meat and so was the cheese. Nothing special or out of this world. Their food used to taste a whole lot better back in the day but I guess things have changed. Service, was good. They took my order and quickly got things moving. Their smoothie was also good. I got the island mango. The food also didn’t take too long to come out. But for whatever reason, it was just lacking flavor and that wow factor. Plus, so many places around have popped up. I don’t think they’ll be able to compete anymore with these new places. However, if you’re in the mall and you have the munchies and you need something to eat, definitely go for it.
I was in First Colony Mall and decided to pickup a quick bite while I was there. I checked out several eateries and decided to try out Great Wraps. I ordered the Falafel Hummus Wrap and Ultimate Fries w/no bacon and added jalapenos. I must say that this was a nice little meal and a welcome addition to places to visit again. The falafel was well prepared and the overall order came out very nice. Looking forward to stopping by again.
terrible service employees Without uniform and Without using a mask we are still going through the covid19 and these are the only employees in the food court area who do not use a face mask, they have no responsibility for us **the customers ** owner if you are reading this you have to put order in your restaurant and also send an email to the mall office for someone to do something.
The food was alright, but I have one big issue. They overcharged me! I got the chicken finger platter, which was $7.99. I paid them $20. They only gave me back $9.20! Even with sales tax, they gave me back the wrong amount of money.
I went to Great Wraps.
I bought food as I was handed the bag a roach ran out. The attendant saw it but did nothing. I’m assuming the roach was a regular guest. I tossed my food out. Hopefully you guys use that $12 for some raid. ?
Enjoyable wraps & salads. You can order just the food item you want or you can make it a meal (you get a drink & fries). Limited menu choices, but enjoyable nevertheless. You can pay by card (insert or tap). They’re located in the food court of the First Colony Mall. And there are ample seating that are 6 feet apart for safety. I’ve frequented Great Wraps and enjoyed every meal I bought from them.
Philly cheesesteak was made just perfect last time I came Im planning on coming back again soon
The place next door advertises that they have the best Phillies in the world. They don’t even have the best within 20 feet. I bought both. Me and my son both prefer Great Wraps!!
