I love their cupcakes, I have a Gluten allergy and it’s extremely hard for me to find gluten free cupcakes. Every time I went to a store they would be so high on prices, they said they would make them more differently then the others. When I came here and saw the prices, I was immediately happy and excited about it. I live about 38 minutes away from this location but the drive is totally worth it, I get so excited to buy cupcakes that are gluten free.
After struggling to find a place to make a cake for our son's first birthday, we finally found Gigi's and they gave us exactly what we wanted. We provided a picture and few details and they came through! We loved our cake and loved the price. Thank you Gigi's!

I really tried, pre covid I placed a custom order for mermaid cupcakes for my daughters 1st birthday party and they were so sweet we couldn't even eat them and the actual cake was not fresh. I decided to give them a second chance in Hope's of a better experience, the cupcakes in store are very delicious. I placed a custom order for my nephews birthday party, the theme was spongebob and the cupcakes were suppose to be in the shape of krabby patties. When I arrived for pickup they were still in preparation and when they were brought out it was beyond terrible. They had no buns just the shape of patties with sprinkles and what appeared to be lettuce. The icing was all over the place and the cupcakes did not hold and once again disappointed guests. The actual flavor was good but it was not what I asked for and not up to par in my book. I will not be placing anymore custom orders through Gi Gi's. I have been disappointed on more than one occasion.
