The service was great but the food so-so. Dinner for my husband and I was 32 dollars which I thought was pricey for burritos.
Wish I could leave a 10 star review the food was the best I've ever had here today and we had the best time! I already liked this place & come pretty often but today was just amazing

I always prefer here that Chipotle, I feel there's more variety and taste better the food.

Staff was friendly and service was fast. I hadn't been to freebirds in years and I did miss it. The food was just as good as I remembered. Love their fresh food, made to order. One of the best burrito places in town.
I went to Freebirds at the Sugarland location in January of 2022- the last time I was here was 13 months ago in December 2020.Dylan and Kwab gave me excellent customer service. I hadnt been to Freebirds in over a year and they were able to patiently explain to me (during a lunchtime rush) what vegetarian/vegan options they had, why Freebirds is no longer carrying spinach wrap (bring it back plz), and they were able to accomadate alot of requests of mine- which include:Making the monster burrito, explaining alot of the new ingredients to me, thoroughly mixing the burrito upon request, wrapping the burrito, cutting it in half and then rewrapping it on request.As you can see in my picture, Dylan even put arrows to show me where the cut was made so I could open the burrito the best way. Kwab and him were the only ones working the line----the service they gave me was the Ritz Carlton. The speed they worked at was on par with Wafflehouse- these two ...definetley move with a purpose while working.They are both worth their weight in gold and if corporate is reading this- I think there should be an evaluation of this store and these two workers because they certainly make me want to visit again sooner rather than later despite the loss of the spinach wrap.
I'm a regular customer. Food is good, the employees, especially the manger is great. Better than Chipotle, hands down.
Good burritos and good bowl options. Food always taste good and consistent. They aren't stingy with ingredients like those other places. Never been disappointed.
