Very clean restaurant and good food
The subs are good and the bread is really good. The location is good and easy to find. It could have a bit more room for seating but it is fine. The service is good and friendly. Similar to other good sandwich shops. I really appreciated being introduced to Firehouse Subs via a TMobile promotion. I had never had one of their subs before and it was a pleasant surprise!
Ehh the sandwiches are not much different than subway. The tables and floors were disgusting. And it wasn’t even busy when I went in, one person could’ve been sweeping the floor and wiping the tables down. I had to wipe it down myself with hand sanitizer. I can understand if it’s busy they don’t have time to clean at the moment, but it wasn’t even busy. That should be unacceptable.
Had not been to Firehouse in a long time. The sandwiches were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Tried using a firehouse sponsored T-Mobile Tuesday deal for my 2 year old son and an Indian lady there refused for him to get a sandwich because she said he doesn’t use his own phone. WORST customer service EVER! refusing service to my child and I.
Receive my sandwich and it was not what I thought it would be very little it wasn't even a 6in to and I paid a lot of money for it

These guys absolutely suck when ordering through Ubereats. They never ever follow directions nor put the items you've checked. Always show up on the receipt, but never the actual sandwich. Avoid these clowns.
The worker was very rude and disrespectful.She forced me to spend 3$ on a small drink and didn’t let me get a bigger drink.
