After an hour my Oder was still in preparation status. I tried to call and get an update to see if I just need to pick it up. No one ever answered the phone. I had to drive down in person to cancel my order so I wouldn’t get a cold pizza delivered to my house on midnight. Once in the store half the employees where dressed in pajamas and some looked like they didn’t even work there. You lost my business
Ordered online and food was delivered pretty promptly.. my pizza was WARM but everything else was hot. My driver was polite over the phone however when I walked up to get the food, he was sitting in his car plucking his facial hairs.. then proceeded to hand me my food. Pretty disgusting to do over someone’s food.. luckily the food was enclosed in the little bag they carry but I was definitely iffy about taking the food ..
It is what it is; all that matters is that we had some nice pizzas at the end of the day. Whoever put our pizzas together was very generous on the toppings! *All hearts go out to you my friend!?* The person who handed us the pizzas at the window must have a real rough day though. I wish I can say it was short and sweet, but anyhow, we're sorry for rough days. I guess the vibe just wasn't there. Overall, good pizzas, right on time, and very affordable. This is the second time I ordered a pizza online and it took 3 hours to make and to deliver. I will never order from here again. I had to come pick up my own pizza to get it at a decent time! So basically the people who come in the store and order get their pizza first versus people who order online. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!
Worst dominos in Houston , very slow , rude , the worst part is u can never get delivery’s becoause they ignore all the calls that very lazy what’s the point of having a job if you just sit. Around they need all. New worker this is not ok they are giving out free checks
This is the second time I order from this dominos and my pizza takes an hour to deliver when it’s 10 min away from my location. Not to mention that it was cold and dry I basically had to throw the pizza away and on top of it they over charged my card .
Worst delivery service. Took them 2 hours just to deliver one pizza. When called for delivery put me to hang for more 15min. Will never order from this place. Worst service ever.
Went to the wrong Domino’s Pizza store. Visit this one 30 min later, my pizzas are still warm. Noice!
Felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome at this location. My order was late, I was completely ignored when I walked in, and when I tried asking about my order a white lady with tattoos rudely told me that it was still in the oven. She was being rude to all her coworkers too. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Definitely not ordering from this location again.
