Had the worst experience ever! I ordered an Alfredo bread bowl and when I went to go pick it up they had me waiting at the window forever and then when they finally came he told me that they were out of bread bowls so I told him what would I get for my inconvenience because I paid $9.73 for me order and he told me I could get a free soda and I told him no I don’t drink soda and that I really wanted my bread bowl and that I really wanted a refund and he literally ignored me so I asked him for some Parmesan cheese and he handed it to me with an attitude so I asked could I just be reimbursed since I had already paid for my food online and he told me no!
Lovely pizza with great customer service.Thanks Ms.Ana for your patience and taking me through the coupon that saved me half of my orders.Will definitely be back.
I've been coming here ever since I was a kid honestly. I've never really had any problems nor complaints for this location. I simply just order, get my food and that's that. Many thanks to this place for all those years, I still come here even today.
This Dominos location is disappointing to say the least. I ordered a pizza with spinach and steak and there barely anything on there. I could count the spinach leaves on my pizza.
Hannah gives the type of customer service that you just can’t find anymore. Her and the young manager were very accommodating. Worried that my 6 pizzas for a birthday party wouldn’t stay warm , they even let me borrow their heating bag. Only reason for 4 starts out of 5 is because online ordering is glitched and NOT user friendly , calling in to order requires you to listen to an automated recording for a minute before someone answers . otherwise, great !
This dominoes really needs to talk with their employees they are all rude if you have any special request. Very disappointed in their customer service. If I'm nice and respectful to you I would hope you would be that way back and not rude.
This is the worst pizza I have ever ordered. I B was A patient in the hospital and was unable to share it r/t Covid restrictions so I threw it in the garbage.

I am really disappointed with this location. Last week my family ordered a pizza and wings from them. The pizza was okay but put VERY little meat (although we ordered pepperoni and beef). The wings were terrible, not only were they mushy, but we didn’t get what we paid for. We ordered a 12 count of the mango habanero wings. Instead of giving us what we paid for, they withheld the sauce. I have the pictures to prove it. I’m am really disappointed, I’m not sure if they are trying to save money, but with all of the competition… well I know what to do next time.
Bad service, they don’t answer the phone, they don’t listen to the order you give them, and they don’t say sorry for the mistake or make another one.
