I order from this location through delivery apps pretty often haha. I’m always so pleased with how amazing my order tastes. Better than the last time - how is that even possible? The pita bread is my kryptonite. Their customer service is top tier. This restaurant is definitely one of my favs in Houston. Truly a delight. ?

Pretty good for a buffet. Get all the good basic Mediterranean foods with good flavors. They had byriani and i mixed it with their Dimasis chicken and the spicy humus...mmmm. Will def be back.

This place is amazing they had over 20 different items for you to choose from. They had a variety of salads, sauces, soups, rices, and and variety of proteins and they even had fish at the end of the food isle. The other dishes which I think should we mention were the cooked greens. One was green okra and the other one was green beans. Both had a tomato base roux. They also had fried cauliflower which I appreciate for my friends that are vegetarian. They’re always cooking fresh bread. Their buffet Buffay does come with hot tea and ice teas. They also have the rose flavored drink as a drink to choose from “Razza.” They also have a fountain machine with several different soda options to choose from. Their ice cream machine fall shorts because they only have one flavor which is vanilla but that one vanilla ice cream is amazing. I also want to dive in a bit more about their sauces. They have garlic sauce, tahini sauce, tzatziki sauce, and hot sauce. They don’t do it like other Arab restaurants where they limit you on the amount of sauces you can take. One is able to take as much sauce as they want. Other Dimassi locations do not have a gyro as a protein option. However, this Dimassi‘s allows you to have as much gyro as much as you want. The place was totally clean the decorations are amazing. The walls are of stone and brick. The chandeliers and lights add an incredible touch. The tables and chairs are well accented with the floors. The guy who showed us around was extremely polite. The guy who rang us up was also very polite. The staff here who picks up plates and takes care of leftover cups and glassware I was very attentive and took everything back in a timely fashion. They are still practicing Covid practices where gloves are available if someone wants to use gloves to take the food but overall the experience was amazing. This is the perfect area to take someone to lunch to impress them with some good quality food. All the ingredients are fresh and they’re constantly bringing things out as they are being made. I also forgot to mention they also have fruit here which was cantaloupe and oranges. They also had salt and pepper shakers available on each table.

Food was good. They have good salads

Always delicious and fresh various meals and drinks???? ????? ? . So far in My life I over traveled So When I am eating something here, I always feel like international delight on My mouth ? , And I liked very much Turkish song ??? while I am eating with My little daughter yesterday , here. ?‍??

I have visited all the Dimassi’s locations in Houston and this one did not come up to the expectations. I particularly like to mention that the falafel is one of my favorite and here I found them to be not a all crispy at the top and the shape of it was more like meatball than a flying saucer. The chicken kabob was a bit lean rather than soft like it is at the best location of Dimassi’s which in on Kirby/NRG. The rest of the items I had was Ok including the Salad.

I had lunch at Dimassi's (First Colony Mall location) for the first time since the pandemic (I'm fully vaccinated now)...their Mediterranean buffet is so amazing! Loaded up on tabouli, hummus, chicken kebab, lentil soup, falafel, and a few slices of gyro lamb. I did wear my mask in the buffet line and wore the plastic server gloves that school lunch ladies wear to serve myself as requested by the cashier. The food is so fresh & tasty and good I can't recommend it highly enough! Healthy too! I allowed myself one piece of baklava for dessert, and a few refills of Diet Coke. I left very satisfied and so happy to be able to enjoy a good buffet meal again.

It was my first time at this location and my second time at Dimassi’s. Attached to the mall, and across from Cheesecake Factory, convenient location except parking can be a pain of course. The food is very flavorful. I loved it! They’re doing Covid protocols as much as they can. My favorite were the hummus and the salads and the bread. There was just so much flavor all around through. The falafel was a bit dry. Taking off a star because the potato’s and cauliflower were cold and there wasn’t any one around to clear the table.

Bad deal for vegetarians: I love the food here and the fact that there are plenty of vegetarian/vegan options. The quality has been consistent over the years. However, I think overall it is a very bad deal for vegetarians. The lunch buffet costs $15+taxes+tips. Considering vegetarians cannot eat half of the buffet items, this is VERY expensive. Suggestion for the restaurant: Why not charge $10 for a vegetarian buffet. May be you could set aside plates of a different color (green, for example) for this option. True, it would be a honor system but I don't think 99% of the customers would not cheat.[Edit 12/27/2021] I have changed 1-star to 3-stars. I will try the by weight option. However, even that seems to be pretty expensive.

The food was great. Went there for late lunch at like 3pm on a Friday. But the hostess/person that rang us up at the end was VERY rude. The price was posted at the buffet as one amount but then we she came to ring us up she charged a higher amount and was rude about it when I questioned her. She refused to charge us the lower price even though it was clearly posted. Why post that price and then charge a higher price? That too with no explanation. Doesn’t make sense to me. ?
