There are plenty of curry shops in and around Sugar Land but I wasn't disappointed by Desi Tadka. This was my first visit, it was out of my way and against traffic getting there but the food was outstanding.I ordered online a chicken boti and a chicken balti along with a garlic naan. The boti was amazing and with just the right amount of spice. I was stuffed by the time the boti was gone but I now have a full balti dish to eat over hot french fries tomorrow for lunch (I'm still a Brit and that's how I like my curry). Will be going back again.

I have been trying this place for over a year now and i must say its the same great taste always. Sesame naan are just out of this world!! I highly recommend chicken Bihari boti, Chicken Malai boti(non spicy specially for kids), Beef Bihari kabab. Owner Noshad is very friendly and always welcomes with a smile.

Today i bought two goat biryani meals and i found something like a peach core and i believe it is and someone eaten it and throw it or accidentally fallen in the rice . The meal almost had no meat with many pieces of bones, i do not recommend this restaurant and i have uploaded a photo the the peach core.

Friendly , fast with orders, Naan is outstanding ?

Outstanding curries and more. First visit here for takeout based on a family recommendation and it’s absolutely delicious. This is Pakistani curry which is slightly different from Indian, but the key is that it’s awesome.Super presentation, authentic taste and friendly service. The menu is extensive and sure to please. Gluten free options are available so be sure to mention any allergies. It’s a take out only so you will have to be patient as you drive home as the delicious aromas fill your car.Definitely on the go to list when we are in the area. Well worth the five stars.

The food most of the time that we order has always been good . Fresh and healthy biryani except for the last Friday . T i ordered chicken Biryani and qeema. The Biryani was not as fresh as I expected and the basmati rice were broken and not as before. Also the Qeema aaloo had immense amount of fat and was smelly upon eating. I am sorry I had to write this unwantingly!

Ordered on uber eats. Despite delivery person struggling to use an elevator to deliver, the food was AMAZING! Ordered butter chicken and chicken biryani with nasn. So much food, I will have leftovers for days. Will definitely order again.

Avoidable at all costs unless your definition of delicacy and taste is food floating on oil. Even Tawa Shrimp had boiled shrimps floating in some low quality oil. Chicken curry in tomato sauce!! None of the food has any taste or spices that would be given enough time to get imbibed in it. Just a display of oil and even more oil.Probably people there like it, that’s why they continue with such food.Restaurants in Sugar Land or Houston should clearly write if they serve Indian or Pakistani cuisine. There’s nothing called Indo-Pak cuisine.
