If I had really looked at the place when we walked in, I might have left. Went there to get a Blizzard for my wife as she needed a shake or something like that. The place was empty of customers so was not busy. The Blizzard was not full in fact it had the amount of the size of a smaller cup. My wife did not want me to say anything about it so I did not. I also ordered some fries as I am on a quest to find GREAT fries. This is not a place to go for good fries, not the worst but not worth getting again. I walked around to get some ketchup for my fries. BAD BAD BAD IDEA!!! In looking for ketchup I was able to see how disgusting the place was. The floors were filthy and many tables had not been cleaned either. I noticed the freezer did not have any treats which they have had in the past.We will not go back as I am afraid of how clean the kitchen is and if they short-change on a Blizzard, they might do other things to cut corners. I will have to find a new place for a shake when we need one since this is not the place!!!
Floor very wet and slippery when you walk in with no sign. Smelled of sewage. Went in asking for the small cones not because we were told they were 75 cents. When they didn't ring up as so, we just assumed this location didn't have them. Person before us said he got his for 75 cents. When they delivered them I asked why they weren't rung up 75 cents and was told because I didn't ask specifically for that one. Seriously? We frequent this location quite often but won't be coming back. Terrible excuse to not help a family out.
Refused to honor .75 cent small cone promotion for their 75th Anniversary which ends tomorrow on 4/24. Clerk said manager decided to end yesterday. Why even advertise on TV?
Avoid! Slow to take my order, then they lost half of my food. Finally they bring it to my table and it's not the right order. I got my money back and left. Terrible service!
Can't make blizzards correctly, wouldn't trust them with food. Ordered 2 blizzards, one small and one medium. First, the flavors were made in the wrong sizes. Rather than offering the medium (that should have been small) they took time and remade both. The small was a royal, supposed to have a flavor core. It didn't. They 'fixed" it by sloshing a little on top. The other was the flavor of the month and was missing one of the 2 mixins completely and the bottom third was plain ice cream, no flavors at all. Drove a little further since this location PREVIOUSLY was worth the drive. No longer.
Service was good but what is up with the putrid smell in the restroom. That alone makes one sick to their stomach.
Ordered a cheese burger combo. Was extremely disappointed. All was cold. Bun was old. Meat wz very thin.
Great! The staff there help us figure out the blizzard we were looking for.Will be back to this location..
Blizzards here are always good. I wish they didn’t put a lid on them when going though the drive-thru, it always makes for potential mess in your car. Other than that small pet peeve I have the staff is always friendly and the place seems to be clean (only seen the drive-thru window view).
Burgers were cool to the touch. The buns tasted stale. Very disappointed. Hopeful owner/management will fix this problem.
