Got fresh hot chicken the last time gave four stars, went back again chicken was very I mean really small and it was old,wouldn't feed to my dog,throw in trash they never have to worry about me returning to there chicken place again.This is our First time to this location and the drive-through staff were nice and friendly. I just wish there a large Diet Coke or bigger
I gave one star I would have given 0 stars if I could have based on the experience I had in the store today with the manager. I inquired how much something cost and was given the price before I could say anything else I was told very rough and rude do you want it or not, and was told that's her personality she's like that all day everyday she was the manager and she must be doing something right because she'd been that for years. I said I'm the customer and you are being very rude. Then a white gentleman walked in and was treated very differently than I was. When I made a statement about maybe it's my skin color I was cursed out with profanity and obscene language. I'm going tag everyone of color that I know on Facebook and ask them not to patronize this store
HORRIBLE MANAGER. DON'T spend your hard earned money in this store. The Christina lady is EXTRA for NO REASON and DON'T understand customer etiquette.
The drive-thru process went quickly, and the food was good. What is noteworthy was the cashier operating the drive-thru window on Sunday afternoon, who was unexpectedly, above average highly engaged, entertaining and made an otherwise, mundane drive-thru experience somewhat memorable.
Hard biscuits. What happened? It used to be soft. Two visits this month and still HARD BISCUITS

Freshness should not be expected. Unless you order something like the jalapeno bombers which are always made fresh. Just not always cooked completely. Even if you're will to wait they make excuses.

Ordered spicy tender, unfortunately they were out. I decided to order large okra, unfortunately it was not edible due to amount of salt.
