Management sucks!!! Uninformed or untrained staff and the manager is condescending and rude. Falsely advertise specials and then change the terms after payment. Out of business soon!
They were awful when it came to helping the children receive their prizes
Once you know how their system is set up it's much more enjoyable.I believe a stronger communicator should be at the front entrance that might help improve sales and shorten the confusion of their process.
Chuck E cheese is a very fun place, I grew up going to it. As fun as it is, if there was some new games every now and then it would be very good. I absolutely love their pizza.
Employees don't know their job. Not helpful. Over priced, over crowded. Half the games didn't work or just stole you points and never started the game.moy enough video games, to many just take you money ges Very unhappy!
I loved chuck e cheeses. I enjoyed the pizza and games and spending time with my family. I just went to chuck e cheeses today.
Always fun! Only concern was social distancing. 8 tables with two birthday parties. They put both parties next to each other.
Way better than the location in Pearland the pizza taste better the staff actually makes sure your kids don't leave with anybody but the group they came with.
It was my first time and I enjoyed the games. I just think the price for the tokens were ridiculous. You have to have a certain amount of coins to purchase there little prizes.
