Quality depends on the time of day. If you come when the food is fresher it will obviously be a better experience. Servers are quick, but some are more generous than others in terms of portion sizes. Restaurant can get dirty during busy hours since the staff doesn't regularly clean tables after someone has left. Nothing you can't just wipe yourself though. Other than that, this location is good.
I would love to give this chipotle location a shout out came in to pick up my mobile order and my brother has an allergic reaction to the red salsa and the ladies re made it for me. Super polite super nice and friendly ☺️ :)
Great location, well staffed, so you get what you went in for and made correctly without running out of some items and having to wait.
Ordered through DoorDash and unsure if it was the Sugar Land location or Missouri City, my husband ordered the burrito bowl with chicken and definitely got food poisoning. Very sick.
At first I wasn't going to do a review but I have been suffering for weeks after biting into a chicken bowl with shreds of bones and damaging my teeth. I have been in such agony and can only eat on one side. Im miserable!!!! I hate you Chipotle. Never had this issue until eating at this location. I CAN'T EVEN EAT CEREAL! UUUGGHH I HATE YOU GUYS!
Except for a couple of times, my order is usually made according to the mobile order submitted. The orders are ready upon arrival.
3 times at this location and still too much oil in the Chips and the rice is not well cooked. But the employees are very polite
ok I love chipotle normally but I've been to this location a couple of times and have been very disappointed each time with the service and now with the food. the two bowls I got were tasty but not at all very warm. it was take out, however, none of the cheese even started to melt.
Always neat and clean. Right in sugar land town center. Tough to find parking during lunch rush.
I Didn't think a WOMAN'S RESTROOM WAS FOR MEN!!! UNBELIEVABLE. I WAS FREAKED OUT WHEN I SAW A MAN AND A WORKER FROM CHIPOTLE AT THAT TO BE WALKING OUT OF A WOMAN'S RESTROOM.
