Ordered food to take out. The lady didn't take my order correctly. I read the negative reviews about staff misbehaving with customers; so I was well prepared. I ordered just Lo mien with no veggies and no meat. Instead she gave me chicken lo mien when I told her this is not what I ordered she screamed at me stating "YOU SAID NO SAUCE!!" Her English wasn't that good; I can understand she messed up my order. No need to yell at customers, Jeez! Not going there again poor customer service!
Called to place an order and after asking for the total $, the lady on the phone says” food is expensive right just come back tomorrow for lunch special, thank you bye! ” I tell her hold on I didn’t say I want to cancel but they way she kept talking wasn’t nice and she didn’t admit what she said.Then I told her to go ahead and cancel my order because I rather take my business somewhere else after that kind of behavior. The food is mediocre anyway!Most of their chicken dishes tasted the same and looked the same multiple times I took the order from here. Is not what it use to be years ago!

I normally love coming here, the food is typically great and Ms. Fatima has always been really friendly. But the cashier was just so terrible that I can't really justify anything higher than 2 stars.They can't split checks or have a system in place for multiple cards.Used to be my favorite restaurant growing up. Really unfortunate things have ended up like this.

I've been getting take out here for years. The Mongolian Beef is the best on the planet. They have some new staff that get flustered when busy; I got disconnected a couple of times but I just call back and say "Hey, we got cut off" and they will.bend over backwards to make it right. I've seen all sorts of people come here. Very diverse clientele and a popular place.
Every time I come to this “establishment, they are extremely rude! I sat there and observed their behavior today. I was quite saddened to see them treat the Whites different than me. This company left my sweet and sour sauce from my order, when I politely asked, my son watched this old Chinese lady come from the back and fussed at me for no reason when THEY made the mistake. I will never come back here with their racists behinds. Also, the food quality could be much better!!! Taste was very bland and just tasted like grease (ordered the sweet and sour chicken and fried rice and wonton soup). The broth for my soup taste like salt and bitterness. I’m so disappointed!
Their food is good, not great but good halal Chinese.But their service is beyond pathetic.I just picked some food to go and she very rudely refused right into my face to give me any condiments.Not coming here again ever.If you are coming come for food and be prepared for their rude behavior.
i ordered through doordash. order was really quick but the food was awful. i wish i had taken a picture of some of it. i got teriyaki chicken on a stick. it came in a brown paper bag ripped in half and covered in grease. completely dry chicken with no sauce. and i got green onion pancakes, pan fried beef dumplings and an eggroll. the eggroll was the only edible part of my meal tn. the dumplings made me sick after one bite. the filling tasted like hamburger beef. no cabbage or anything just a big chunk of meat in a greasy flat dumpling. the green onion pancake filled a whole paper towel with grease too. my stomach hurts after a few minutes. i used to get to go from here years ago but now its awful
Best halal chinese option in the sugar land area. Our family has been dining and getting take out from this location for over a decade and have loved it every time. Very good option for local chinese comfort food!
