Horrible service. There were 2 other people in the bar area. The bartender was rude, not friendly(kind of part of the job, I've bartender many years before) barely came around. Disappeared into the kitchen or wherever for 30 mins and came out to talk to a fellow Co-worker and ignored us as we tried to order another round. When we finally.got his attention decided to close out as we ordered because who knows when he'd be back. He stuck around to see what his tip would be. He waited....
Went to one Chili's location and they said they were short staffed so it'd be a 20 minute wait. Then went to this Chili's location where we were told the same thing. I know they were short staffed but my order was wrong and by the time I got the corrected order the party I was with were already through eating. It was a horrible experience! Usually love Chili's but there's definitely something wrong with the local locations at this time.
Was worried about the slow service as I came in a couple days earlier and they were short staffed.But was really lucky to be seated with the gentleman that looks like Jon Snow. Even with my bottomless soup requests he was able to handle our requests with ease.Pleasantly surprised and wife enjoyed her fajitas for lunch.
My food was cold they did correct the issue. Loved Loved my new drink.
Horrible service!! Seemed they had low staff too. We had a party of 15 people and we waited almost an hour for the girl to ask us what we wanted to drink, even though the restaurant in all had like 5 tables besides us. As she was starting to ask one by one, she looked at the door and said hold on Ill be back and she never came back to finish getting our drinks. She went to other tables and was giving them drinks, but never came back to finish our drinks, so we just left. It seemed like she was never going to serve us. Chilis service is getting worse everytime we go there. No more Chilis for us.
My family and I went this pass weekend. We were treated poorly. It took maybe 5 mins before be were greeted just to let us know it would be a wait. Once we where sitted it took a while to find someone on the floor to get our menus and drink order in. Once we ordered we weren't able again to find anyone on the floor to get refills regarding our drinks. Finally when we were done with our food we literally waited for 20 mins before again we can find someone on the floor to get our check. After waiting an extra 10 mins I totalled and around my plates and left cash on the table. There was a group of people waiting to get seated which I told them to run, the service was horrible here and would never recommend to anyone. We stat by a table when they were done nobody cleared that table so dirty nasty dishes were on the table for over 30 mins , trying to enjoy our food...
We received excellent service tonight. Usually we sit in the bar, so we can watch sports, but tonight it was packed. We got a table in the dinning area by the front window. I was pleasantly surprised by the great service we received. Ordered our drinks, appetizers and dinner, then within 10 minutes, we were already receiving our drinks and apps. By the time I was finishing my salad, we were already receiving our dinner. Perfect timing. She also checked on us multiple times to make sure our food came out correctly and if we needed any thing else. Kudos to our server tonight. Great job.
The food is very nice but the service is horrible. When our family got the table everyone got disgusted and uncomfortable the table was sticky like so many drinks got split on the table and on the seat there was crumbs sticking into my clothes plus, The staff and waiters always had a aditude for no reason.
Good food, friendly staff, clean, adheres to CDC guidelines.
Took forever to be seated, then took forever to get a waiter, had to go get our own drinks at the bar, apparently only 3 people working the whole place
