The staff is rude and the owner does not hold anyone accountable.
I’ve been to many locations but I try to avoid this one the most. Layla/Laila she’s usually on drive thru when I’ve encountered her. She has been verbally rude/harassing every time I go. This was my second encounter with her. I work in customer service as well and would never treat anyone the way she has treated me. Verbally mocking me to a point where I feel embarrassed to get my food due to her comments on my facial features and voice. I didn’t decide to come to Chick-fil-A to be bullied or harassed I just want to be able to enjoy my food.
In the past I have given this restaurant five stars but wanted to make note that I am taking off 2 stars because whoever the new manager is( or whoever wears gray at the drive-through window, is not warm and friendly, which is what I am used to at this location. He doesn’t even look at you when he hands you the food out of the window and I find that to be disrespectful. He does say have a nice day but again never acknowledges the customer with eye contact or a smile. The first 2 times this happened, i let it go, but this is consistent behavior for him as I have been a few more times and it’s always the same. It doesn’t take much to smile just as all of your other employees have always done. I couldn’t see his name tag today, but he is of Indian descent. Hopefully if one of the supervisors over him brings this to his attention the behavior will change. It is not a good look for Chick-fil-A
I come here all the time and it’s usually pretty busy but I never spend more than 15 minutes waiting for my food in the drive thru which amazing considering how long the line can get. It’s usually even faster in the actual restaurant. Workers are always friendly. Food is always great. I also really love the app that they have
I don’t get upset at mistakes in restaurants because they happen, but I’ve NEVER had 3 of them in one order. Asked for no pickles, received pickles, no straws, no sauces. Walking back into the restaurant once to get a sandwich with no pickles, it can’t be that complicated to not put pickles on a sandwich that ONLY has pickles and they tried to put that sandwich back and give it to someone else. Second time to get straws and later returning for the third time because I couldn’t find sauces in my bag. Hardly anyone is working. I would say half the staff is in the rest area while others are on their phones or in the corner drinking Starbucks with just one person taking orders. Young people chilling in the back while an old lady swept the floors. As a cherry on top, the drive through guy did not say a single word to me besides asking for my name. Just a very ghetto and nasty experience. Not something I would ever expect from chick fil a.
The food and service was very good. But two items were left out of my order. The manager quickly gave me a credit over the phone.
The breakfast was BUSSIN ?? ? the biscuit was warm and soft, with a little crunch to it. The spicy filet was fresh and crispy. The cheese was melted to perfection. The sweet tea I got was really great! Not too sugary or bland it was perfect. The staff super nice and calm. This CFA is one of the best I've been to in a while
Absolutely the WORST chick fila I have ever been too !! I come here almost everyday after college and get a market salad it was great the first couple weeks and suddenly the past few times I came by my order is incorrect and I HAVE FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD 3 TIMES !! Management team is nonchalant and did not care to replace my order in fact that accused me of putting my own hair in it ?!!! My hair is blonde and the hairs i fine are Black . Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. PLEASE DONT COME HERE.
Great Chicken Sandwiches & service staff. They just prove how wrong our society is in judging place that openly express their freedom of speech. Don't Hate because this place doesn'tThey just serve everyone and aren't open on Sundays.
Amazing order experience through app for curbside pickup. I always order Sandwiches from here. Also very generous reward program.
