The food was good, fresh and the order was correct. The young lady that helped me was very pleasant and had great energy.
Whoever Taylor is needs to get a talk about her behavior. Me and my family had come into this location at the First Colony shopping center to pick up our doordash order when she begins to act very rudely and in a negative tone towards me and my children aged 12 and 14. We did not expect this kind of treatment from a chick fil a my family and friends will not be doing business at this location again.
Convenient location but the shake didn’t taste as good as I’ve had from other locations. Still a better option than elsewhere in the mall
The least chick fil a location I’ve ever been to. It was not their pleasure and it certainly wasn’t mine. Fries were under seasoned, they didn’t give me the sauces I asked and the usual pleasantries that make chick fil a so popular were absent. What a disappointment.
It never fails to live up to it's quality of food and service.

Quick drive through but app wasn't pulling up, had to scan bar code a few times. Otherwise, great experience as usual.
