Went on Saturday, no curbside spots open but owner and staff had used the spaces as regular parking. Even though it was an online order it was wrong and the drinks came hot with no ice. Carried the drinks back in and the lady said their ice was not safe for human consumption. That eases the mind about the rest of the food. Never had a chick Fil a experience like this. 25 minutes for the wrong order.

This Chick fil a is very convenient spot, but every time I go there no matter what time of day it is always a 20 minutes wait minimum. They haven't got my order wrong yet like I've read in other reviews. But, they are slow. Because they are slow it gets backed up fairly quickly and I've had 2 drivers jump in front of me out of the last 10 times I've been there.

Omg this is absolutely the slowest chick fil a ever!! It takes 35 minutes to get through the line!! Oh and if you’re thinking about curbside expect to spend 15 minutes in parking lot traffic just to get to the parking spots. Management, please do something about this!!Update:Now that I’ve actually had a chance to look through the bag at my food, I would actually give 0 stars if I could. I will never come back to this chick fil a again. My meal was put together very sadly, it’s like they skimped on every ingredient in my breakfast bowl except eggs. Barely any cheese or sausage and literally 3 little hash browns in the bowl. I waited in line 35 minutes and all I got in my bowl was eggs????? Whoever owns this chick fil a you oughta be ashamed! This location is a disgrace to the chick fil a brand!!

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews on this chick fil a, but the food is great and they haven’t gotten my order wrong yet. Sometimes during rush hours they forget to put sauce but they always put the correct food in.

I always order something simple, and this location always manages to screw it up. Today’s visit was the last straw. I waited 20 min for a curbside pickup, (again, a simple order). I would of still been waiting if I hadn’t cancelled my order and gotten the hell out of there. I bet I’ll never EVER go there again!!!

This is the worst Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to in my life and I have been to Chick-fil-A‘s all over the United States. Every time I come here I wait in line for at least 25 minutes and most the time my food is wrong the employees are rude and I don’t think management cares because people continue coming here so as long as they’re getting their money they don’t really care about their customer service. From now on I will avoid this location at all cost. I will definitely drive an extra few miles to the one in Missouri city or the one on Highway 69 just to avoid this Chick-fil-A

The Manager Miranda made me explain myself to another person after I had just explained it to her why I was there. It was so rude and unacceptable like she couldn't assist me and do her only job instead told someone else to attend me and made me repeat myself to that other person while she was standing on the side looking. So unacceptable I felt so offended and as she did it in a racist way. I looked at her after and she made a smirk at me, I am so upset and felt so uncomfortable and that was just terrible customer service and made me feel as if I was not worth helping. I always have had a good experience here but this completely ruined it and don't think I will be returning. Unacceptable so rude I'm so upset and offended. Chick fil a needs to get rid of rude people ESPECIALLY in management. This is terrible. Once again the very rude woman is a manager by the name of Miranda and it's the chick fil a in 2330 Hwy 6, Sugar Land, TX 77478 . My family loves Chil-fil-A and it's our "go-to" for when we are on the go. However, this location is terrible. I avoid it whenever I can because the traffic is always bad and the service a bit slower than other locations, but until today I didn't have anything bad to say about their customer service.I waited line for 10 minutes just to be able to park in a mobile pick-up space. After parking and entering my space number on the app I waited another 22 minutes to receive my food (I was just picking up a kid's meal). The app notified me that my food was "on the way" and after 8 minutes I finally left my vehicle to speak to the gentleman who directs traffic. I asked him if I could speak to someone in the building because I'd been waiting for 30 minutes and I was going to be late for work. He responded with, "No you haven't. I get paid to time all the vehicles and you haven't been waiting for that long." I told him that my receipt showed that I had submitted my order at 12:47 and it was now 1:18, so yes, I had been waiting for over 30 minutes and that the app notified me 8 minutes ago that my food was "on the way" so I just wanted to check to see if there was a problem.He then told me that that only meant they were preparing the food (which is not true because the app notifies you first when the food is being prepared and then again when someone is on the way). He told me to keep waiting.I waited another 4 minutes before my son's food was finally brought to my car - food was cold and his milkshake was melted.During my 35 minute wait for a $5 meal I saw several other people exit their vehicles to inquire about their orders as well.This is a terrible representation of the Chick-fil-A brand.

I love Chick-fil-A. It usually is a great experience. But the past two times we have ordered curbside, they have gotten our order incorrect. I guess we will have to go through our order now, which we’ve never had to do in the past. I don’t know if Covid has thrown them off their game, but these are mistakes I expect elsewhere. Not here. Sorry, Chick-fil-A , must my money is going somewhere else now.
