Very bad experience, first they wanted to seat us in a dark place with no sunlight (like a corner dark place), I asked for the tables near window (7 of then were empty) and the lady refused, she asked us to wait and guess what, we waited for 30 minutes, no one even asked us what do we need or what are we doing here. Once I asked to talk to manager she walked us and seated us near a window.Second thing, our appetizers were delivered without small plates, when we asked for small plated we have been told they are not ready yet and will take 5 minutes to wash them!!!!Finally, the order arrived one dish after the other, usually restaurants will serve all dishes at the same time but this didn't happen here.Definitely not coming back and won't recommend this place.
The food was delicious as always. We didn't have pics of the croissants they went so fast. Lol. Great service and drinks. Never a bad experience at Cheddars.
Its been a while since I ate from here, unfortunately there was a hair on one of the croissants then eyelashes on a piece of salad. Very disappointed and gross will not be buying again.

Relatively new to Texas and went here on a recommendation, thinking I was going to a scratch kitchen... Fairly disappointed... Food has zero fresh taste to it, to call that a Monte Cristo is just embarrassing, it's not even a sandwich. Only thing they had good was low prices... Won't be back
food was awesome cooked perfectly. waitress was amazing was even great with my son. He can be a monster when he's hungry the food took a little while to come out. but they where super packed it was Saturday night.

I tried the grilled tilapia and shrimp. It came over rice with sauce. For my two side orders I had mashed potatoes and broccoli cheese. This was a new item for me. I really enjoyed the taste. The temperature of the food was good. My order was correct. Our server went above and beyond to care for our needs. The decor cat this location is also very nice and the ambiance has a great aesthetic. As always the croissants were delicious and came with our order without being an extra charge.
Service is what gave them a three star rating. We did not get the appetizers we asked for, never got a refill on our drinks but, despite that the waitress was polite and the adult food was worth the wait, kids chicken was a bit dry but everything else was delicious.
Lance provided excellent customer service to our party of 9. Delicious food. Beautiful environment.
