There was an older heavy set lady at the register that was very rude and unprofessional. I was having trouble with my card and was trying to figure out what was wrong with it while nobody was behind me or waiting in line. She proceeds to ask me “when am i going to be done” with a whole attitude and stank face. If you guys staff is rude like that i will not be paying to eat with you guys anymore
They have the best lemonade ever. Blueberry is my favorite and it's real fruit no syrup ? .
Charley's need more outside locations instead of being in the malls not very convenient also the taste of they food isn't worth the prices they charge
I really enjoy this place and have eaten here tons of times. However, today we placed an order online and they said they didn’t get it(this is the first out time of 7 online orders we have placed in the past). Spoke with the cashier and she said call the online service. Well guess what, they don’t have a phone number online and it says to speak to the local charley’s, which they tell me to go online…..A huge foul on the online service. And I better not be out of that money.
Their Bacon 3 Cheese is all I ever get, and it's the best cheese steak I've had outside a an actual restaurant. Wish they had locations outside the mall!

Food was decent, but the staff here leaves a lot to be desired. The gentleman behind the drinks threw straws at us, and my son's meal was wrong.
One of the best charleys location I've been to! The food is always well portioned and staff is really friendly! I've been to multiple charleys across multiple States this one is my favorite!
Lord knows I need one of these but Sugarland is too far. Come on Lord, please bring one to the Northside. Humble would be great!
I love the Jalapeño and Cheese fries here (minus the bacon). They are really delicious.
