This place has amazing food but the management here is a disaster. I've been 5 times and each experience has been exactly the same. I don't think i will be coming back unless they replace half of their employees. There will be a line almost out the door and only 1 poor employee preparing all the dishes on the line. Meanwhile there's an army of employees standing around in the back visibly not doing anything. Do you not see that there are customers out here??? They're always out of every ingredient and the employees move at a snails pace.
I’ve come here a couple of times with my parents now and it’s been consistently delicious. We are vegetarian, so tasty options can be limited (especially at chains), but Cava has plenty of delicious options. For a Mediterranean fix, cava has become our number one spot. The falafel pita is very well layered and has a bunch of different flavors and ingredient that all work incredibly well together. It’s also quite sizeable so can be turned into multiple meals. In particular, I really like the pickles on the sandwich, they always taste so fresh and the perfect balance between sweet and savory. Only criticism I have is it’s a bit pricey for a chain meal, but great overall.
Always great food! They seem short staffed at times, but it's worth the wait. Been eating st various cava locations since 2016. Rarely disappointed.
This location has serious management issues and health violations. The cashier stuck her dirty fingers in my bowl and dug around to see what was in it and then argued with me when I said that wasn’t sanitary. I saw staff pick up food that had fallen on the counter and put it back in with the fresh food. I wonder about the sanitation issues in the kitchen with such poor food safety training. The staff are rude and not helpful. Slop your food into the bowl and don’t know the portion sizes. I wish I knew who owned this location because they really need to retrain their staff and hire better management. I will eat at other locations because I do love the food but I won’t return to this location.
Eating here for the first time right now, and I was so amazed, I decided to leave a response. For what CAVA offers, it’s some of the best food I’ve tried, at least in the States. It’s waaayy better than what was here before, which I liked but didn’t really love, If that makes sense. Personnel were also very friendly and accommodating. Next time I head over this way and my girlfriend is with me, I’m definitely bringing her here.
Like a Mediterranean style chipotle! So great! Fresh ingredients and everything is seasoned to perfection!
Delicious and healthy Mediterranean food. Selection is simple, but tasty. Price is perfect!Staff is friendly.Restaurant is neat.Location is great and parking ok.
First experience .. it was great , i tried the harrisa chicken ,Talking about customer service , it was Good , communication and attitude was positive .. they didnt had falafel so i had to wait but it was worth it nd they took care of me by giving extra falafel for complimentary
I enjoy this as a lunch option or as a lighter dinner option. I visited 3 times in 12 days for dinner, so I definitely think it’s yummy! The staff was patient in answering my questions the first 2 times, as I was asking about the various options of dips/spreads and dressings. However:Of the 3 times I have gone (twice on a Monday, once on a Friday at 6:00pm or 6:30pm), there is always 1 dip/spread (of the 6 they offer) that has completely run out.It was a different dip/spread each time, and it ends up being a perfectly fine meal anyway, but it would be even nicer if they had more in stock during dinnertime.
Will not be coming back, staff isn’t very friendly and The manager straight up rolled her eyes at me and had an attitude, it honestly ruined my experience and made my day worse, I work in customer service and even if a customer is irritating me I would never straight up roll my eyes at them. Food is okay but not the best, Save your money and go to a place with better food and customer service
