I was not expecting much but I was checking it out for Mexican food that was pet friendly. I was very pleasantly surprised. The food, ambiance inside looked (and smelled) great. Outside is small so be prepared to put up with that. BUT, the service is excellent and the food is great for the price. Once again, the service is great, at least for my experience - and the tip reflected that.
I just discovered Carmelo's a couple of weeks ago and I'm so glad I did! The food is SO darn good, but even better - the people at Carmelo's are so incredibly nice. Makes all the difference. What a great experience all around. They've won a loyal customer in me and my family!
If you are in Rosenberg or Richmond Tx you have to stop in to their door it was very good and very friendly atmosphere there. We ordered our meals and the food was out fast. It had very flavorful.
Place is okay, we’ve been here a few times and the food is to be expected. Atmosphere is very quiet never been busy when we’ve gone (pre-covid). When i go out I like the places I’m at to be busy and lively.
Went there for lunch with kiddos and really enjoyed the tasty food! Not big on ambience but makes up for it in their food. Will def visit again!
Easily my favorite fajitas in town, if only because no one else has been able to match the flavor/spice combo that comes from their fajitas caliente. The heat is pretty intense, but absolutely worth it for anyone and everyone that can handle it and has a craving for some great beef fajitas. They also do a great job with catering orders, as they can handle large orders and don't skimp on any of the components. Between the amazing food and consistently top notch service, I can't say I've had any better of an experience nearby.
A staple in Sugar Land, Carmelo's has provided big frickin burritos to the community since before I stepped foot here 10 years ago. Nothing special inside, just try the food. I have tried to finish the famous burritos in one meal many times and never succeeded.
Their breakfast tacos are my favoriteeeee, but everything I've gotten has been great. They're priced well, they have good service, and the food is SOLID. It's one of my favorite Friday night spots. Their only pitfall is that their Margaritas are wine based.
Awesome breakfast tacos. It is hard to find breakfast tacos like this restaurant. Great customer service and the other food is amazing as well.
Been coming here for the past 8 years and have never been disappointed. Excellent service and excellent food all around.
