I called them 5-6 times to order a cake for my daughters first birthday. communication was horrible, they kept redirecting me to different people or saying they would “call me back” I went into the store to place an order for a PLAIN buttercream cake with no piping no design- nothing. They completely ruined my daughters first birthday and created a cake which I did not ask for. Unprofessional company I do not recommend!!
We had a phenomenal experience with Cakes U Crave. Candis and her team created our perfect wedding cake, and was incredibly easy to work with. From day one, and even with COVID-19 restrictions back in 2020, we were able to easily pick up cake samples and do a virtual tasting, ask any (and sometimes too many) questions about logistics, and make slight alterations with a quick response from the team. The day of went incredibly smoothly, and everyone loved the cake. Cakes U Crave really went above and beyond to ensure our day was as beautiful and special as it could've been, and we can't thank them enough! Highly recommend 10/10!
Cakes U Crave exceeded my expectations by far! I cannot give them enough wonderful and positive reviews for their service! I ordered a strawberry cream and cream cheese filling cake for my graduation dinner and I sent them a picture of how I wanted the cake to look. They created a gorgeous exact replica of the cake on the picture and not only did it look amazing but it tasted delicious! My guests and I were extremely impressed and I am still in awe of how they were able to create such a beautiful and tasty replica!! I will definitely contact them for ALL my cake needs!! This was my first time ordering from them so I was not sure what to expect but I would give 20 stars if I could. I loved my cake SO much thank you Cakes U Crave for being so meticulous even in the tiniest detail! Also, I had a misunderstanding of what time the bakery closed, and I received an email from the shop asking if I would be able to pick it up that day and that they were closing soon. I called and the young man named Alden said he would wait for me, I rushed to the shop as fast as possible and was able to pick up my cake a few minutes after closing time. Thank you guys for the exceptional service I can't thank you enough!
I would NOT recommend this place. I went here for some cake tasting for my wedding and was presented with 5 different cakes. They were all STALE. The strawberry flavor that I tasted was hard as a rock I had to spit it out. I was excited to try this place out but unfortunately made me and my fiancé sick the next day. We will not be doing business with them.
I can’t even piece together how much I am pleased with this establishment. Incredible communication, affordable prices with quality results, and phenomenal taste! We went last week to give custom order of cake, we were given excellent customer service by Kaitlyn sorry if I mispronounced her name and all the bakers are so nice and they listened to us with our custom design cake and made it possible and they were all so polite. The shop itself is very clean and they have many varieties of cakes. Today we went to get our order and we were so happy to see that they made it perfect . And when we came home and tasted our cake it was yummy. They made us really happy and we will definitely go there next time when we have to order new cake. They have vegan cookies too and I would like to give them 5/5 rating, cause they gave us exceptional service . ?
I wouldn't order again. You'd have to guess they pulled all these cake balls off of something by all the paper hearts and broken bottoms. Sorry, not very trustworthy. Who knows where they came off of. They look sloppy. Pretty high priced for such sloppy quality, all diff sizes and sloppy designs. Taste generic. Nothing special. I wanted to try their petit fours but based on the cake balls, I would pass.
Drove all the way from Dallas to pick up a tiny cake for 4, it was $55. No biggie. It was for a surprise birthday dinner. When I received the cake, the words were sloppily written and it was just thrown together. I’d brought liquor bottles with me for cake toppers like they told me to. They gave me back the cake with the icing completely messed up. They weren’t even going to attempt to fix it or smooth it out until I said something. It was so tacky. Mind you, I ordered this cake 5 days in advance. The killer part, I called 3 days prior to change my pick up time to earlier, and the lady said that’s fine because she was already working on Saturday orders, on a Wednesday morning! Not fresh at all. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyonenor order here again. They did not put quality or effort into my order and they bake their cakes entirely too early.
