Very bad one, within 30sec, Drive through order was ready with cold and dry nuggets as shown in photo, sandwich was warm not fresh and fries half dawn. I got home sad, but for gas prices I would have returned everything. The manager knowing did that, smiling as I was leaving. Please taste you order before leaving the location. Very poor and bad service ?
I do not recommend anyone stop by this location. Today 5/29/2022 we visited this location waiting in the drive-thru for 30 mins to arrive at the intercom for the worker to say “We are no longer taking order” at 8:15pm when Google quotes their closing time of 12am. No explanation was provided as to why they’re no longer taking orders. I find it to be very unprofessional. Not to mention I stopped by this same location the night before at 11:45pm and the establishment was already closed with a posted closing time of 12am. Apparently attempting to patronize this Burger King location could prove to be a waste of time and gas. In addition I’ll be contacting the corporate office to express my views.
This service in this Burger King is horrible!!! I pulled up to drive through 3 times and I have as not able to order anything off the menu because they said it was closed at 6 a clock pm just ridiculous people inside was laughing and joking around the other 2 times they said there was only one person working in the kitchen so they were not taking orders so unprofessional if this place continues like this pretty soon it will be shut down
What is with this location??? Is it just poorly managed? Does no one wants to work here?There have been a few occasions where I drove here to get breakfast and for some reason no one is working the drive thru. It’s ridiculous. I see cars parked in the parking lot but where are the workers?The one on Dairy Ashford and West Airport I’ve never had an issue with. It’s more of a drive but I guess I should go to that location.This location just seems messy and chaotic. Not worth it.
Sanderella was an excellent host/manager! She's short staffed (3 people total, only one cook) cool under pressure and was very accommodating despite having a line. Her spirits were good and despite the odds, got my order out VERY quickly!PLEASE get this crew some extra hands!
The manager was very rude with the person picking the to-go orders and she was also rude with me not letting me making myself clear I wanted to order another meal. Managers like this lady yelling at her subordinate is NOT what this BK needs. Expect I do not see her next time.
3/20/22 STAY AWAY THIS PLACE OVER CHARGES YOU.. THE PRICE ON THE MENU IS NOT WHAT THEY CHARGE! THEY CAN NOT PRINT A RECIPE TO SHOW YOU WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU PER ITEM. MANAGEMENT DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE!!! RODEO BURGER PRICED $1.00 I WAS CHARGED $1.29. STAY AWAY.The food was very cold. I used the app and still had to wait on cold food. I do not think the food was fresh.
If I could give them less than 1 I would. 2 time I came to grab breakfast around 6:30 for work and I used the app I paid for it and when I get to the restaurant it’s closed. I don’t think I will ever come back to just waste my money and my time.
The staff here open and close according to their own will and choice. Looks like this location has no management at all, or the Management doesn’t care much. We have to wait at the Order Window for longer than normal time to place the order. Sometimes they make us wait so long that we have to leave without placing order. Then later we get to know that they were opened but didn't bother themselves to take the order. If we try to complain about this, we have to face their rude faces and rough behaviors.
As a former worker. Was fired for asking for my coworkers to help maintain clean. A bunch of flies fly around and the manager above the store manager was very rude and sided with the 19 year Olds that play around and keep the place clean. I would be left alone handling the food and taking orders while they watched movies. No one did much about maintaining a clean environment. I wouldn't suggest customers to go there. I tried my best and was simply fired for asking them to help me out.Fare warning. They are still in power. Don't trust your food.
