They got business which is great, but in order to take care of those extra customers, hire more staff to handle the extra demand. Specially weekends. Don’t just stop taking customers in at 9:15… seriously… your door hours says 10pm, your sign on the counter says 930 kitchen will close and your staff says 915… cmon guys… get a grip on your business. Food is great, service is TERRIBLE!! I get it you are busy, don’t turn away customers, get more staff. Also, there’s a way to say no to customers. Don’t be rude with them. DONT FORGET, you are busy due to your customers. Always be humble and thankful that you have customers coming in. DO BETTER!
Food was good service was good.... food is fresh.. they need more variety.. but overall good
We were visiting from out of town. The front desk person Wasn’t friendly. Ordered bihari boti, seekh kabab and chops. All items specially the bihari boti were out of this world. The imli chatni tasted exactly like Pakistan. Awesome great experience and quick service. Chaye also tasted good. Would highly recommend this place.
Tried their Behari Boti, Chicken Boti and Grilled Chops. Yummy and Spicy food...Chicken Boti was moist and full of flavors unlike other places...
Food is tasty and portions are just right.We had ordered goat chops and chicken Bihari with a request for well done - but I guess the request was not communicated in the kitchen - so loss of points here.Cleanliness of the place - they can do better.Ample of parking around the place.
Always one of my favorite places to dine in here, wish BK expends throughout the United States, hope so may be one day in my city.
I was expecting the Sugarland location to have the same quality as they did in their Bissonet location. But today, for the 1st time, I was not happy with how my order was made.The service from the waitress, and other staff is good as always, the food was not as what I had expected.Will go to the other location.
We ordered about a 100$ worth of food and the website says 30-60 minutes however our order took an hour and a half. There is no seating and it’s way too over crowded. They somehow managed to mess up our order and give us one more of one thing and less of something else. Would’ve gave it 1 star but the food is okay .Won’t go again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Really rude manager. Doesn’t know how to treat their customers. got so much food forgot to give the main dish and the chatni with it. Wouldn’t recommend going to this location.
Can I give 0 star please? Forget the customer service, they even lack basic human decency. Told me 30 minutes for my order and after 60 minutes when I ultimately lost my temper, he canceled my order and flat out lied that he ever said 30 minutes.
