Used to watch all the big soccer matches here. We came in for the Champions League Final today and this place has become an absolute joke. The AC must not be working as they have two giant fans in the corners and only had one kid behind the bar with no servers in the bar area. The game wasn’t on and when I asked to have it put on with sound they needed to get the manager which took forever. They were out of Crawford Bach and Heineken, served us shots in pint glasses and also managed to get our food order wrong. I will say Robert behind the bar did everything he could but this place has gone downhill to the point that I don’t think I will ever return.
When my husband went to pick up my online order, the carry bag was broken he asked the server / receptionist at the pickup counter if she can change the bag. She took the box out of the bag and threw it on the table so hard as if it’s trash. She doesn’t know how to respect food. He tried to record her behavior to this she called the manager and the manager asked him to delete the video as she was underage. She told him that he can’t record her. She made him delete the video and then she gave him the bag of food. First of all it’s our right to record the behavior specially such type of behavior. Horrible service. There should be proper training provided to the employees.
Visited this location on 5/10/2022 and will never return. Ordered two 10 piece traditional wings for the BOGO free promotion. I ordered my 10 with two sauces and the other 10 were all one sauce. Was brought 20 wings each and when we brought it to their attention, the manager made our server come get 10 wings from each plate. Of course the server apologized and put on gloves but I was so disgusted I couldn’t even finish my food. I feel bad for that server, even tho he admitted he misunderstood and goofed, it happens we are only human after all. But to be degraded by having someone come pick through my plate is on another level!!!
I remember when this was a great place to go it is not anymore! When I arrived I told the hostess that there were 4 people and a baby. She walked me to a 4 top table. When I asked for a larger table like the 6 top next to it I was told "you have 4 peoplethi is for 4 people." I could understand that push back if the place was full but there were only 3 other tables seated! After a short discussion I finally asked for a manager. He came out and gave me a little push back but I was finally seated at the six top. We waited 20 minutes for someone to greet us. We were told they were having some type of meeting. Why would you have someone taking at least drink orders? The wings were warm at best and soggy. The check was very hard to understand. The appetizers were charged and totalled then the drinks were charged and totalled. Then the wings were done the same. I had 4 totals with a grand total at the end Why? You have lost a longtime customer.
The food is great as usual, but I wish my server wouldn't ask me so many times if everything is OK. I'd like to eat in peace. Also don't take my drink away for a refill, rather just bring a fresh drink because often times I reach for my drink and it's not there when I need it.
They no longer allow you to order your wings well done/crispy. Their wings by default are soft, soggy and therefore gross. The only thing that makes them pretty decent is ordering them well done/crispy. They also no longer allow orders of all flats or all drums. Definitely won’t be coming back. Too bad because I really like their sauces. Oh well. Time to find another wing spot.

An item did not arrive in my delivery. After speaking with someone on the phone, they told me that it could be remade and delivered. I agreed. An hour later I called back again and asked for a refund since it never arrived… again. The second person on the phone said I had to get the refund through DoorDash. There isn’t an order to report since I ordered through the BWW app, not DoorDash.
Please please update your app that you do not have Boneless wings anymore. I was trying to order it via the app and it would keep saying “Item Unavailable” but wouldn’t tell me which item(I tried to order 20 traditional/20 boneless). Finally I gave up on the app and I had to drive into the store and go inside and wait for a good amount of time. Normally everything is good but just this time it is taking forever. The server had to tell me that you guys do not serve boneless anymore. Only reason why I gave 3 stars is because of the service.
Came here at night and there was a long wait. Not because it was busy but because it seemed like they were short staffed. However, the small staff that was really hustling, they were visibly sweating. Running around. There was a customer who was upset with the manager about short staffing and started saying political stuff but the manager handle it well. The food was normal. Just want to give props to the staff they were really doing their best taking in the times.
